There is only one DaysCafe :) Now without further ado ... At the Kiriakis mansion, Victor is mad Phillip did not stop the takeover of a good partner. His relieved son stammers he has been preoccupied. Enter the brother. Phillip looks at his dangerous face and exclaims NO. Deimos is ready for the kill ... In Chad's room Chad and Abigail admire his iphone pictures of sleeping Thomas. He sighs he wants to protect his son and give him a great residence. Abigail sighs she has lingering doubts Andre and Stefano will ever stay away from DiMera mansion. Chad reminds her he is close to closing. He then suggests they think of themselves and kisses her romantically ... Ed is at the club with a bottle and drinks up. Rafe enters and he urges him to try some to take off the edge. Rafe tries it and Ed tells him they need another glass. Father and son sit and drown their sorrows together. They are talking with no animosity. Gabi gets there for some takeout. Happy to see them talking, she suggests they have a family dinner. The guys agree. Gabi is glad they are all getting along. Ed is interested in where the mother is. Rafe replies Monterrey but refuses any financial help. He helps her now. Ed respects that ... Andre amiably hands Chase some food at the park. Chase lets him know he has some food on his face. Andre smiles he is not repulsed by his scary scar. He suspects the young man has had his fair share of darkness like him. He wonders whether he is aware of his identity. Chase admits he knows he is Andre DiMera, a man Hope believes poses a danger to them all. Andre explains, oozing charm from every pore ... Hope is having a nightmare about Andre holding a knife to Ciara's throat so she shoots. She wakes up on the sofa with a start. Ciara wonders why she cried out. Hope makes light of it. Ciara now updates her on Theo's attraction. admitting she is not sure. Hope gives her a knowing look and agrees it is best she take her time figuring out how she feels. Ciara complains Chase would cause problems if she was with anyone cos he is so into her ... At the club as Shawn questions the cash with which she bought her high price ring, Belle snaps some of her clients are rich. Shawn knows better as she just started her business in Salem. He quietly offers to help her if she has crossed a line. Belle gets indignant that he doubts her abilities and dramatically departs with her attitude and her flashy ring. Shawn sighs ... Andre smoothly states he has no desire to hurt them all as Hope has suggested. Chase adds father Aiden also warned him about Andre. Andre smiles yes since he is a DiMera. He smiles again and assumes he has a curfew set by Hope. Chase complains there is a curfew and guards outside the house but he plays by his own rules. He slipped out. Andre laughs they have a lot in common, mainly that no one orders them how to behave. Chad grins, feeling mighty at ease with his new friend. Andre continues to lay it on thick, his eye on a very deadly outcome ... Andre acts sorry for Chase having to live in Hope's house, given what Bo did to his father there. He teases but he can still see lovely Ciara there. Chase complains it makes no difference to her. Andre gives him a pep talking about matters of the heart changing. Chase laments he is unlucky like his father for all he ever does is hurt people ... Victor waits for Deimos to explain himself. Phillip frantically urges him to call security and throw him out. Deimos accuses Phillip of lying to his father since coming to Salem. Victor growls what the hell? Deimos announces he has been working for him, spying on him the entire time. Phillip is unable to deny it. Deimos tells the whole sordid story about the police captain's daughter overdosing in Phillip's room, how he stepped in to help him cover up when he found out. But then the nephew was in his debt and agreed to spy on Victor for him. Victor gives Phillip a way out, wanting him to confirm whether this is true. Phillip cannot deny it. Deimos smiles triumphantly. Victor looks ready to explode ... Lani asks Shawn whether she can join him ... Compared to other days Ed is like an open book. Must be the wine. As they dine, he asks Rafe about younger brother Dario, as he would like to reach out. Rafe replies that would not be wise. It was hardest for him when his father left, he had to look after their mother. Ed respects that. Gabi excuses herself to call the sitter. Ed now lets Rafe know he is here if he wishes to talk about what he suspects is really bothering him. Trouble with a woman ... Ciara and Hope play poker and the teen ends up thirty dollars richer. Mother and daughter happily hug. They assume Chase is still sleeping in his bed ... Andre lets Chase know he is within his rights when people harm him and he lashes out. It takes a certain courage. Chase is all ears. Andre likens him to himself and offers to be there for him if ever he needs to talk. He later hands him his phone and smiles this is his direct line. He swears the lad to secrecy about their chat. Chase stands to leave and Andre hands him his backpack ... Rafe chuckles about Ed wanting to give him advice about women. Ed explains he messed up enough to know. Rafe grins the food and wine were good but they still have a long way to go in their relationship. Ed respects that ... Victor kicks smug Deimos out of his house and threatens him. He now accuses Phillip of betraying him, his eyes filled with hurt. Phillip hangs his head in shame. He then attempts to excuse himself but Victor is not interested. He rages he always throws away what he gives him, this time it being control of Titan, the company he spend his life building. He fires him on the spot. Phillip assures him he loves him. Victor decides they are done and kicks him out of the house as well ... Chad happily holds his baby son and walks around the room giving him his bottle. Abigail lies in bed listening as he tells his son a tale of good vs evil ... Lani discusses her promotion with Shawn, who points out one's work can come between a person and their family. He speaks from experience ... Gabi gets back to the men in her family and smiles the sitter says Ari is waiting for her to sing her to sleep. Ed lets her know he is proud of her. Gabi goes and Ed has more advice for Rafe. Do not wait to be with the one you love and do not let your work ruin your life. Lani turns and looks after at Rafe as he leaves ... Chase shocks Hope and Ciara when he walks through the front door. Hope starts to lecture him for leaving. Chase acts defiant and stomps up to his room, claiming he merely went out for fresh air ... Belle finds Phillip hanging his head at the park. He fears Victor will never forgive him. She puts her hand on his shoulder ... Chad tells little Thomas that there was an evil king in a castle. He had two sons, one dark prince and a good prince. The evil prince plotted to bring his brother over to the dark side but the love of a woman in the village saved him. The prince resisted the forces of evil and lived happily ever after with the woman and baby he loved so much. He puts the sleeping baby in his bassinet and Abigail gets out of bed, gushing she heard his story and has made a decision. She cannot wait to marry him and agrees to elope in Paris. The young lovers kiss in bliss ... Ciara suggests stressed Hope call Rafe and heads up to bed. Meanwhile Rafe falls asleep at his work desk and dreams of Hope kissing him cos it feels right. He wakes up when Lani comes in and calls it a night ... Andre is back at the mansion looking at the man in the mirror. He dabs at his bleeding face and curses Hope the bitch, vowing to make her feel what HELL is ... Phillip confides to Belle that this must have been Deimos' plan all along - to make him betray his father. Belle tenderly tells him he will come around ... Victor gets on the phone with an ominous order. The Greek growls he has a problem he needs to be taken care of permanently ... Deimos is back in his room, glaring at the picture of the brother who sent him to prison for 30 years. He then rips up Phillip's photograph and sneers he is just getting started ... Rafe reads one last text from Hope, who tells him she will see him tomorrow. He gets his leather jacket and departs from the station ... Back at the house, the living room is empty as everyone has headed upstairs to bed. Chase's backpack is on the floor. Andre's hotline rings inside and erupts in flames.
