Tripp asks phone Theo if he helped Claire win with hacking, if she asked him ... At the Kiriakis mansion Claire gushes to Maggie it is gonna be an honor to rep Titan as Victor reportedly requested it. She is happy her pop pop is proud. Maggie suggests she go easy on Ciara. Hugs and Claire claims she will not be mean... At the square Ciara obsesses over losing by one vote and that vote could have been Tripp! She throws her phone and hits a guy at a table who turns around. Tis blast from the past Wyatt ... Eve is not interested in honoring her bet with Brady and claims she only played along as he was pushy ... At the park Leo wants to know why Paul was tailing him. Paul tells him he is not doing so. Leo knows he is a P.I. Paul calls him paranoid. Leo threatens to tell Sonny so Paul sighs this is about one Vivian Alamain not Sonny ... At the pub lone drinker Viv has her bloody Mary and texts Leo whether he found out who was following him. Then Lucas sits and she suggests he drink. Not interested. She taunts could his bad mood be cos Kate has been working to remove Chloe from his life?! ... Chloe meets Miguel at the club and he waits with bated breath to her hear her highly anticipated operatic decision. Eerie music plays ... Wyatt rubs his head and hands Ciara her phone with a warm greeting. He texted her when he heard she was back in Salem but she had not forgiven him for his betrayal. She laments she lost Theo too. He apologizes and assures her he cared. Silence. He finds out she lost the Bella contest. Wyatt wonders how she lost after she was clearly was in the lead ... Tripp warns phone Theo that there could be trouble if he helped Claire cheat with the votes. Claire comes home and grabs the phone. She fumes it was his pity vote that helped her win and blasts him. Tripp reminds her he overheard her muttering about something illegal and Theo has bought her followers in the past ... She denies it so he starts to call Theo back. That is when she confesses that she did try to get Theo to do something ... Brady reminds Eve they had a bet which means he gets his chance. She exclaims she does not want him. Brady observes her with soft eyes and agrees the bet is over but they still must work together. He adds Bella was named after his mom so it means a lot to him just like her. She insists she loathes him but Brady knows better. He can see she is starting to melt ... Chloe has a question for Miguel first. Does he work for Kate? He has never heard of her. Chloe is keen on getting back on stage but alas this time she has to say no. Miguel is let down and he warns so will be his employer. This is a big chance and he wonders why she said no. Cos of Lucas ... Vivian the black widow will only say she has heard things. Lucas demands to know what. Only Kate trying to convince Chloe to take a faraway opportunity. She tries to make him feel worse and offers him her bloody Mary ... Leo acts like he knows nothing about Vivian. Paul warns him she is nuts and he knows she has a scheme so he asks Leo to come clean ... Eve attempts to act bored. Brady begs for another chance. She whispers she will not be able to trust him again. He teases has she not ever had a second chance and reasons they have come a long way baby. Together they shall overcome. She disagrees. He lets her know he did not rig the contest. Neither did she. He thinks she is fearful of the intensity of her feelings. She whispers wrong. He gets closer and dares her to look him in the eye and say so... Ciara complains about Tripp to Wyatt, who grins she got his vote ... Tripp wishes Claire would not have let the contest come between her and Ciara. Claire snaps it was about her career and Ciara only entered to beat her! She points out Ciara pushes all guys away, starting with Theo, then Wyatt and now him! Tripp raises his eyebrows when she complains Ciara blames her for everything. She points out Hope was happy she exposed Rafe the cheater. She now wonders why he is so hard on her. Tripp knows she did not win fairly ... Eve admits she is indeed afraid. Brady waits for her to finish. She is afraid he could hurt her again. He admits one can always get hurt ... Viv lets Lucas know she is here to listen and orders the bartender to get him a Bloody Mary. Maggie storms over and snaps what is she doing ...! Chloe cannot bring herself to upset Lucas even though he said he would support her. The timing was wrong. Miguel wants to know if Lucas was out of the picture would she have said yes? She admits she would have. He smiles an eerie smile and says to call him should she have a change of heart ... Viv calls Maggie the booze police. Maggie threatens to have her arrested for all her transgressions including flashing. Viv blows her off. The redhead takes Lucas aside to make sure he is alright. He assures her he would not have taken that drink but was having a hard time about Chloe, who was offered the opportunity of a lifetime in Mexico City. However, no one knows who Miguel’s mystery boss is. He still suspects Kate despite her denials. He did not want Chloe to destroy her dream but feels like a fool for encouraging her to go. Maggie praises him for being selfless and caring. She could not be more proud. Lucas gets a text from Chloe and woefully wonders what her answer was ... Leo admits he was approached by Vivian about his boss Sonny. Perplexed Paul now finds out he was a temp at Titan but when he went perm Sonny ended their relationship. Paul tells him to keep him posted cos Viv is highly suspect. Leo pretends to be in a hurry and states he will tell Sonny next time the woman bugs him. Paul watches him walk away with a smouldering stare. He is onto him ... Brady uses the L word and begs weeping Eve to agree to another chance. She does and he tenderly touches her face ... Outside the pub loyal Leo updates Viv on Paul getting close. She curses. Meanwhile Paul texts Kate that he has something new and must meet her ... Back at the loft Claire claims she won fair and square cos Theo did not break the rules for her. Tripp doubts that so she dares him to call Theo and double check ... Ciara seems pleased that Wyatt went and voted for her. He gushes her pics are gorgeous and not even Claire comes close! She laps it up and laments the guy who was a jerk turned out to be on her side whereas Tripp was not. She tells him to follow her so he does ... Brady feels like the luckiest guy in the world. Eve grins so far it is one date. He wants to know when and where. She wants to make him wait more than a week. Brady agrees to a biz lunch and she flirts they can have dessert. He holds her hand and whispers this chance is all he needs ... Brady almost kisses Eve but then Maggie arrives. Eve excuses herself. The redhead asks about their talk. Brady gushes he got another chance and they embrace. He is the happiest man in the world and vows not to blow it ... Tripp calls Theo, who confirms Claire did not use him to cheat. Claire is sympathetic when Tripp tells her Ciara is no longer speaking to him. When he goes she gets a devious grin and remembers who really came to her contest rescue. Wyatt! Meanwhile Ciara shows Wyatt her cool bike that belonged to Bo and asks him to come for a spin. He gets his helmet and smiles ... At the square Miguel speaks Spanish on the phone to his boss, and agrees Lucas will be eliminated ... Lucas meets Chloe at the club assuming this is goodbye. She kisses him this is not goodbye and he kisses her back. Life is good. For now that is ... STAY TUNED! |
