Eric teases Nicole for dreaming of him. She gets rattled and remembers Rafe's dream. Then she states she wants to speak. He gets close and breathes he’d better get dressed and meet her downstairs. Then he closes the door and she closes her eyes for a second ... Rafe is bewildered Eric did not mention Nicole's job offer to Jada ... Orpheus speaks in circles, peels an orange and continues to taunt Steve, John and Roman. He is pleased to point out the ladies are not contagious so their men will be able to watch them die. Their heroics will accomplish nothing against the medical inevitable he cleverly covered until this moment ... - Sarah demands the name. Xander starts to stammer. She insists ... Jada wonders when the job offer happened. Rafe thinks it was the other day when Nicole went over and saw her. The commiss must now take a call. She lied to Rafe she offered him a job and now must make it believable. Here comes Eric, who overheard the end. Nicole pretends she was discussing Chloe's problems with Kristen and now charmingly offers him a fashion photographer position at Basic Black. Eric is pleasantly surprised by the timing. She smiles sometimes they think of the same thing. He teases in dreams too and she remembers her hot dream she never really told him about. It seems he does too ... Sarah is enraged Xander was with Nicole when she was married to Eric the good. She asks if Eric found out. Xander admits he did. Sarah is suspicious how it happened. Xander admits he dropped the bomb on Eric himself ... Jada makes light of Eric's job offer she may have mixed up - when Rafe returns. Rafe now gets a call that the lab cannot give him the warehouse results in the Orpheus case and steps away to pay said lab a visit ... - Orpheus still blames Roman for the death of his beloved Rebecca and sneers his enemies' women could have been spared a slow painful death. He wishes the heroes luck finding out what the women contracted. The prognosis is death despite what they do. It started with a sneeze but the worst is yet to come. Now Roman, Steve and John will lose their loved ones and feel how he did when he lost his Rebecca. John, Steve and Roman are beyond words and hold the women they love like there is no tomorrow ... Sarah is appalled Xander told Eric the good and broke up Eric and Nicole at their party. He admits Sami paid him a million. Sarah does not want to be married to such a man ... Nicole asks Eric to return to high fashion. He has misgivings about what Rafe will think ... Rafe finds something in the forensics report. A specific kind of black ink was found on the rope used to tie up the women in the warehouse. They will check out all companies that use said ink ... John, Marlena, Steve and Kayla gather in Kate's room, where Roman is silently holding her. Hawkish John drawls they all saw the same video and Steve uses the P word. Plan ... - Sarah emerges from the bathroom fully dressed and fuming at Xander. He wants to explain and regrets telling her but she regrets he hurt Eric and now also regrets marrying him ... Jada and Rafe find a Rebecca Printing and Graphics. They are on their way! It all seems a tad too easy ... Nicole assures Eric that Rafe already agreed to her idea and it is alright. Enter anxious Sarah, who apologizes to Eric and Nicole for what Xander did at their anniversary party. If not for Xander they would still be a couple! Pause. Eric stares at Nicole, who states she will never forgive Xander but he did not break them up, she did by breaking their marriage vows. Eric blames himself for staying in Africa away from his wife for so long. He whispers he is sorry. They should have discussed this before. Nicole sadly agrees. They conclude they learned from their mistakes ... Kayla assumes Orpheus lied so they must investigate what they contracted. Marlena seconds that and adds he underestimated them. John stands by his woman ... Jada and Rafe get to the warehouse, guns drawn, and order the guards to freeze and drop their weapons. Orpheus is inside about to depart. Enter Rafe and Jada, guns aimed at him from behind. Orpheus has his own small weapon in hand. Rafe leers they were lookin for him and Jada threatens to shoot. Drums of doom play ... Sarah unhappily returns to her room. Xander is relieved she returned. Tis simply to pack. She dramatically declares they are done for good. Xander looks like he has been slapped a thousand times ... Eric feels sorry for Sarah marrying Xander. Nicole suggests tis best not to get married in this town. He teases was that their mistake. She asks him to mull over the job. He accepts and they shake on the deal. Actually they clasp hands and feel the power of their love connection as their eyes lock with longing ... Orpheus slowly puts down his weapon and raises his hands over his head. Rafe cuffs and arrests him for the abduction and attempted murder of Marlena Evans. Orpheus alludes to that murder succeeding soon ... Roman blames himself as Kate puts her head on his shoulder. She knows he will save her ... Kayla tells Steve the ISA need to find Rolf and almost faints again but Steve catches her.
