Abigail puts her head on Chad’s shoulder and then pulls away. He gently urges her to come home to him and the kids. They all miss her ... Jack wonders why the lie. Gwen weeps she was a wreck already over miscarrying and wanted to cause trouble for Chad and Abigail. He wonders about Xander’s involvement. Johnny would like to do an indie true story about someone inspirational. Marlena wonders who would write the script. Johnny wants to try himself. Marlena suggests he contact Will for advice, for, he has experience in the Hollywood game ... EJ is the last man standing and leers Xander used to laugh when he shoved lentils in his mouth. He loves having the last laugh now, tidies himself in the mirror and limps away, leaving bloodied Xander on the floor. At least Gwen's besotted bloke is still conscious ... Gwen tells her tragic tale of being desperate enough to make money as a call girl. Snyder was once her 'date' at a medical convention and that was what he was blackmailing her about. She begs silent Jack for forgiveness ... Chad advises Abigail to forgive herself. He is the one to blame for Gwen. She, however, fears a part of him must hate her ... Kayla bears good news about Doug’s blood pressure. Stylish Julie admits to his mini memory issues. Doug uses the A word. Alzheimer’s. Kayla explains it could be many other things. After some tests they will solve the mystery of missing memories together ... Johnny heard about Will wanting to sell the Sami Brady Story in Hollywood and wonders whether he would let him read it. Marlena encourages him to contact him. Meanwhile she will try to get John on board with financial support. Johnny cackles she controls the cash. Marlena tells him they are partners in everything. She gives Mr. Hollywood a few pro pointers and sends him on his way ... - Jack blames himself for what Gwen had to do and cries about his psycho adopted father murdering ladies of the night. Father and daughter embrace in a sea of tears. He swears she will always be in his heart ... Chad could never hate Abigail and urges her to fly home to Salem for their family. She wishes she could. Alas she is still not over how the love of her life had an affair. Tis tough to trust him like before. Chad swears his mission in life will now be to make her happy, safe, and loved. She is his world. He holds her face in his hands and hopes she will come home ... Once alone, Julie sits with Doug who assures her he will always remember his love for her. She cries on his shoulder ... Gwen praises papa Jack for believing in her. He praises her for being open and vows to help her always. Grateful Gwen gets emotional. Jack gets a call from Jen. Gwen urges him to take it, so he steps away. Gwen sighs she used Xander’s story so she would not lose Jack ... Xander sits on the bed and rages he will have the last laugh on EJ bloody DiMera ... Back at DiMera mansion Johnny taunts a slightly tattered EJ about a hot script called the Sami Brady Story. It is said not all characters have a happy ending ...
