Gabi has come face to face with the love of her life down in the crypt. He softly says hello ... Chanel and Allie surprise Paulina and Abe with their campaign cookies ... for Abe. Alas Paulina bears bad news ... Ava insists she and shirtless Romeo Johnny stop given their age difference plus papa EJ would snap. He cares not but Ava does not want to come between father and son. Frisky Johnny feels him and his dad are already done ... EJ sarcastically lets Shin know how sorry he is to hear of his engagement and taunts Gabi's heart still belongs to the late Stefan. Ava decides on the Salem Inn. Johnny wants to move now as well and smiles he can move into the Salem Inn with her. Ava reminds him they are not getting together. He will sleep on a cot but loves EJ thinking they are having an affair. Ava eventually agrees after he argues she is helping him. She reminds him of the f word. Friendship .. but EJ believing otherwise would be fun ... Chanel and Allie already said no thanks. Alex suggests he needs help getting Steph out of his system. Allie argues it would be a temporary only solution since the right girl might still be out there. Chanel agrees. Alex wants to be exclusive with the right one just like them. He leaves unhappily clutching his cone ... Steph is all ears as Paulina tells the story of how she opened her heart to good man Abe, the best thing that happened to her. Abe gushes she makes him happier than he ever imagined possible. Paulina the sage states sometimes one does not know what one really wants. Steph smiles ... Stefan is strained as he wishes Gabi and her fiancé the best. She wants to take him to the hospital to help him remember so he tells her what he does remember. That she ruined his relationship with Chloe! Gabi soap stares since Stefan does not sound like himself ... Johnny is packed and moving in with Ava. He takes her bag as his dad explodes. EJ downs his drink in a fit of rage as the feline follows his son ... Steph sits alone at the bar, wistfully remembering Paulina's words of wisdom. Here comes Alex, who assumes he should leave but she suggests he stay ... to celebrate with a biz drink. Alex is pleasantly surprised and plops on the stool beside her as asked ... Allie lets Chanel know she never wants to share her. Chanel feels the same way and they kiss in bliss. Johnny and Ava appear and he announces they are moving into the Salem Inn together. The gals soap stare ... Down in the crypt Gabi cannot believe it when Stefan suggests she only tried to seduce him to get in at DiMera and that defined their relationship. He blows her off and ignores her as he leaves. Li promises to make everything better and holds her in his arms as she fights back the tears but this is far from over in her mind! STAY TUNED!
