Marlena wants to help but Harris has his mind on Ava, who might be sent back to the slammer ... Ava is cuffed elsewhere at the station. She is happy to see Sue, who is happy right back but EJ wants her charged with attempted murda ... Nicole wants a last name. Tate does not have one so she shows him her daughter on her phone. When she says she is her mom Tate gulps cos he called her hot ... Obnoxious Holly accepts when Johnny suggests she stay for the movie - and then sits between Johnny and Chanel ... Marlena marvels at Harris' international rescue mission to help Ava, which included him risking his own liberty ... Ava argues with EJ and gets mad when he denies hiring the hitwoman. Rafe interrupts. He wishes she would move into the mansion. She suggests they not rush. Johnny suavely invites her to his room and they kiss again. Holly returns and spills the water on Chanel ... - Nicole wants to believe Holly was not serious about her secret crush. Tate gets a text from Brady and excuses himself. EJ rushes up to Nicole with a wonderful surprise. Here comes alive Susan, who notices her pregnant state and wonders why Rafe said nothing about it. She assumes they are still an item ... Ava wonders what Rafe's problem is. She escaped from Bayview. She insists she is better. He warns tis the doctors who will decide whether she can go free ... Harris admits to Marlena he has some feelings for Ava ... She enters and gazes at him. Harris gazes right back. Rafe calls them lucky cos Sue is not pressing charges and the D.A. dropped the matter. Harris assumes he and Ava are free. Alas Ava is supposed to complete a court ordered stay at Bayview. Marlena agrees to speak to her doctors ... EJ explains to Susan that Nicole is now engaged to him and he is the fatha of her baby. Psychic Sue has her doubts. EJ explains he had a paternity test. Sue wonders why. Nicole admits there was one guy she was with after they consumed tainted biscuits. EJ just wants to be happy about the baby. Mama Sue call babies a blessing and gives Nicole her last lollipop ... - Tate comes home to Brady, who has been waiting. He tells him about meeting Nicole's daughter Holly ... Mean girl Holly suggests Chanel go home and change. Johnny flirts she can find something to wear from his bureau. He tells her where the t-shirts and sweats are. Chanel flounces off and Holly is fake sorry. He assures her it is alright and lets her know he is happy to have her at the mansion. The girl gets ready to tell him how she feels ... Rafe thanks Harris for trying to implicate EJ. Harris is concerned he could still come after Ava, who agrees he does not forgive and forget. Rafe agrees. Marlena returns with word from the doctors. Recovered good citizen Ava is officially free. She throws her arms around Harris ... Susan interrupts Holly's almost declaration of love by racing in for a happy reunion with Johnny. EJ smiles. Nicole updates her daughter on Tate telling her about getting to know her and wonders who is the boy she said she loves. Holly stammers ... - Brady calls Holly sweet and approves of her as Tate's friend. However, he should not make a move on Nicole's daugyhter. He needs to stay on the right path. Starting tomorrow Tate is a student at Salem high and working for Roman at the pub in his free time. He must pay back the damages from the school fiasco ... Rafe hopes he will not see Ava back at the station again. She loves her new legit life and asks to use a phone so Tripp can come pick her up. Rafe suggests the phone in his office. She smiles to Harris she will return soon. Marlena informs Harris that Bayview could re-admit him. Harris now feels fine and would rather just keep seeing Marlena. She alludes to him wanting to be near Ava but he denies it. She smiles a knowing smile ... - Marlena heads home and greets Tate, marveling how grown up he is. She and Brady go to get his room ready after she sets him straight about what to call her. Tate gets to texting ... Holly hauls Nicole away from the others and admits Tate made a move, which was why she pretended she had her sights set on someone else. Nicole hopes she would tell her if there was someone. Her daughter gets another text and tells her she will return to the gathering soon. She then texts Tate he is dead to her when he asks her to hang out soon. Chanel comes downstairs and wonders what is going on. Holly alludes to something very big ... In the living room both Susan and Johnny insist EJ drop his grudge against Ava. He plays along ... Rafe, however, knows he ordered a hit on Ava and refuses to give him a pass as he glares at his file ... At the pub Kate gets a call from Harris, who hopes to become a tenant. Kate approves and she and Roman will see him soon... - Ava hears that Harris too is done with Bayview and wonders if he is leaving Salem. He smiles he wants to stay and Kate agreed he can rent a room at the pub. Ava is happy he decided to stay and smiles she will see him around. He murmurs and agrees. They keep gazing ... STAY TUNED!
