She asks about the pub celebration and he notes it was nice. Then he gushes he is gonna be a dad ... Nicole appears at Jada's room to talk ... Maggie drops by with leftovers for Sarah and Xander. Sarah states he was feeling unwell ... The redhead asks where he is ... Glum Xander visits Gwen, who suggests he start his story at the beginning ... Marlena is happy for Eric, who admits it was not planned but Jada is keeping her baby ... Nicole tells Jada she overheard her and Eric stating they decided to raise the baby together. She stayed away since Eric ended things with Jada just a few days ago as he wants to be with her ... Rafe is sympathetic but still needs EJ's statement. EJ sighs psycho Ava abducted Sue in her car and now they are both dead ... Eric wants the baby and believes co-parenting can work. He and Nicole will still be together ... Maggie reveals how rattled Bonnie's nerves were at the Kiriakis Thanksgiving because of the man with the clown mask and blue business suit. Sarah sighs and shows mama Maggie Xander's blue biz jacket ... Rafe has also had a rough week. He and Nicole are divorcing. EJ is sympathetic and senses it was somehow about Eric ... Eric wants to believe him having this baby is fate and hopes Nicole will agree. Marlena realizes he has yet to tell her that Jada is keeping the baby. Eric hopes she will not feel threatened ... - Jada gets upset about Nicole’s fake sympathy. Nicole paints the picture of a single mother not succeeding at work or child raising and uses the O word. Options ... Xander admits to Gwen that insane Ava tried to order him to off Susan but he set her free instead. Then Ava somehow got Sue back, the ransom went to hell, and they were both driven off that cliff. He blames himself for agreeing to abduct Susan in the first place ... Sarah tells Maggie that Xander quit working for his female boss after she ordered him to do a bad thing. The redhead reasons he is a better man than before but Sarah's sixth sense is telling her something. In addition Bonnie and Sue both wound up being held in the Kiriakis shed. She believes Xander could have really been working for Ava since no one had heard of that start-up that supposedly hired him ... Rafe wonders how EJ knew. EJ reasons Eric and Nicole always come back to one another. He used to believe he and Samantha had a forever connection as well ... Rafe points out there is already trouble in paradise for Eric and Nicole ... Mama Marlena believes Eric and Nicole will manage and he hugs her ... Jada gets upset by Nicole's negative scenario warnings and orders her out ... Gwen argues Xander was not to blame for volatile Ava's actions. He sighs he told Sarah he quit his job and concludes he is the same awful man he was before. Gwen knows he had honorable intentions and talks him out of saying anything to Sarah. She promises to keep his secret cos she still cares and understands him ... Maggie argues millions of men have blue suits and believes in Xander. She assures her daughter all will be fine and returns to the home she shares with a changed man of her own ... - Rafe is summoned to the station. EJ agrees to see him there tomorrow. Tonight he stays and drowns his sorrows. He assures Rafe he will get a ride home with his driver ... Rafe is surprised to see Jada at the station. She admits she came to work to clear her head. He understands. She notes he took his wedding ring off so he updates her on his and Nicole's divorce and brings up the pregnancy. Jada notes her pregnancy is a nonissue ... Eric happily hugs Nicole at the square and gushes Jada is having the baby. But when he insists it will not change their relationship plans she wonders. He claims they will coparent and anyway he loves only Nicole. They hug but her eyes reflect her worry ... Rafe ask about Jada's decision. She admits she was planning to have the baby but has changed her mind ... Xander comes home from his fake walk and smells Maggie's leftovers. Sarah holds up his blue suit and asks him straight out whether he was the bozo who snatched Susan ... The doll from Susan falls from the mantle, rattling Marlena ...
