Marlena reminds her of EJ ... EJ pours out his heart to Stefano's silent portrait. Chad enters and their intense eyes lock ... Pretty Sarah is dressed when Xander comes out of the shower clad in a towel. He calls dahling a natural beauty and she calls him irresistible. Then she removes the towel and they giggle back into bed together ... Marlena is appalled Kate allowed EJ to languish in the slammer since the real culprit was Lucas, not to mention Sami was her son's victim. Kate scoffs Sami is no victim ... Chad is aware Sami did not give EJ another chance and apologizes for lashing out about Clyde cos the culprit was another ... JJ demands to know if Lucas did it. He laments not knowing due to his drunken blackout. How he hates himself! JJ talks tough ... - Mad Marlena lists what Lucas is now suspected of. Colorful Kate refuses to believe he harmed Abigail ... EJ regretted telling Rafe about Clyde's threat when it was too late. He vows to help brotha get justice for Abigail. Chad mentions Lucas ... Lucas cries he cannot remember. Jen stops JJ before he can deliver the first blow ... After the lovin Xander admires Sarah's glow. They kiss again and she explains she needs a new prescription from the hospital. So far the hallucinations seem to have gone hopefully for good. They now discuss the tragedy of Abigail and she suggests he go to console Jack ... Jen pulls JJ away from Lucas before he loses it. She promises they will get answers soon but his sister being taken away will never make sense. JJ storms out and Jen apologizes for the almost attack. Lucas feels like he deserves it due to the drinking. Jen assures him he is still a good guy but he believes he deserves punishment for what he did ... Shirtless Will admits to Sonny he has doubts about his dad cos he kidnapped his mom. Sonny argues that is not murder. Will fears Lucas lost it cos the clues are adding up. Sonny calms him down and asks if he can imagine his pop stabbing Abigail. Will remembers how they rolled up what they assumed was a dead Leo Stark in a rug so anything is possible. Sonny still does not believe Lucas did it. Will knows they know not the truth but Lucas is unable to remember anything ... Kate asks angry Marlena to assist Lucas ... - EJ complains to Chad about Kate letting him languish in the slammer when he was not the one who abducted Samantha. Chad comes clean about also knowing - the entire time ... Will sighs about his text from Sami that said she was not coming to Salem again and was full of cursing. Sonny distracts him with a blueberry scone and iced coffee. He drops crumbs on himself so Sonny kisses them off ... At Horton house Xander is sorry for Jack's loss. Jack saw him at the funeral and it meant much. He was able to get through with Jen and is glad Chad had his brother ... Chad finally comes clean about framing EJ with Lucas. He was going to come clean about the computer tampering at his trial but then believed he witnessed him trying to force himself on Abigail. They now know it was really the devil. EJ suggests Chad is just as ruthless as him and fatha. He bitterly concludes Kate did not expose him cos he kept her beloved Lucas' sordid secret ... - Jen senses Lucas is innocent and wishes he had confided in her. He woefully remembers his wonderful niece and admits he could hardly handle that he might have done it ... Chad apologizes and appreciates how EJ has become a true brother. He asks forgiveness. EJ calmly claims the betrayal might have cost him Samantha and will have to give the matter some consideration. The fact that Chad covered at all for Lucas might have cost Abigail her life. Chad gets tense ... Xander praises Abigail for risking her life to break his beloved Sarah home to him ... Sarah tells JJ she is sorry and sees the stress on his face at the square. He updates her on Lucas and she assures him Rafe will fight for justice. He asks about the drug she got and she admits she has been hallucinating Kristen and wanting to off her. Oooo ... Jen suggests Lucas imagine she is a reporter only and proceeds to question him, going from the kidnapping of Sami to the setup of EJ. Abigail found out the truth and he feared he would lose Sami. He spoke with Kate and went on a bender but the rest is a blank. He must find a way to remember his truth ... Kate suggests Marlena could solve the mystery of Abigail's death. The truth must be told ... Sonny and Will snuggle. Will wishes they could stay like this forever. His phone suddenly beeps with a sweet deal ... Sarah sighs about her meds and JJ assures her she can overcome as Abigail did. Strange music plays as she admits she was planning to go see her that fateful night. JJ says heaven help whoever did it for they will have to deal with him ... - Jack admits to Xander he is hoping Lucas is not guilty and asks about Sarah. Xander sighs she is still feeling the effects of wot Kristen did. He feels fortunate for their second chance ... Marlena interrupts Jen and Lucas and announces she has decided Jack and Jen deserve the truth about what happened to their dear daughter ... Will has been hired by the Peacock Streaming service and he might be directing too. He sighs he should say no and stay for Lucas. Sonny insists he accept the bicoastal opportunity and they exchange I love yous. Hollywood Will is elated ... Marlena is here to hypnotize Lucas for Abigail. Tis time for the truth. Lucas wants to know if he was the killer. Marlena suggests they get started ... At DiMera mansion Kate updates Chad on Lucas' hypnosis. EJ approaches with an offer. If they want to stay free they must sign over to him their shares in DiMera ... Xander returns to the girl he loves and suggests they wed today.
