She has the best attorney awaiting but he talks pleading guilty ... Roman pays EJ a very unexpected visit at DiMera mansion ... Brady comes by to see returned Chloe, who assumed he would wait until tomorrow. She is wearing a robe and he suspiciously senses a presence from the bathroom ... Roman apologizes for accusing EJ of snatching Sami when it was Lucas. EJ is amused and understands as a fatha. He is stunned to hear Kate too knew ... Lucas is fully prepared to pay the price much to Kate's dismay ... Sami admits to Marlena she was up all night remembering the good times with friend and lover Lucas. She gets choked up about trusting him - until last night when everything went to hell. Marlena wonders where she stormed after she left and Sami admits it was to see EJ. He complains Belle called the baby an obstacle. Steve reminds him tis the grandson of the great Bo Brady so they are all family. Shawn wants a beer while they work on the stroller project ... - Kate suggests her son consider his kids. Lucas believes it would be best for them if he pleaded guilty and avoided the bad pr. She warns Chad will have a case then and he will be accused of Abigail as well ... EJ is surprised Roman came by to tell all so early. He reminds Ro that fatha always said the Bradys were just as fierce as the DiMeras. Roman warns him not to do anything to Kate and leaves ... Marlena is stunned to hear Sami saw EJ with not so perfect Belle and she boasted about their affair. Sami wanted to sock it to her. Marlena asks her not to take it all out on her sister or they will both suffer. Sami sits on the sofa and Marlena heads to the kitchen. Sami gets her designer bag and bolts ... Brady asks what happened chez DiMera and insults EJ. Belle sadly turns away and he apologizes as her being with EJ bothered him. Belle cries she got her comeuppance when Sami caught them ... Steve and Shawn discuss the Jan drama. Nothing new from search and rescue. He vows to keep the girl from his son forever. Kayla comes back from the now sleeping angel. She recalls how hurt she was when she learned of Tripp but in time she loved him like her own since she loves Steve. Shawn still loves Belle and laments her moving on ... Belle knows Sami behaved badly but she was hurt. Then she heard EJ, who made it clear he still loved Sami. Brady warns her Sami might tell Shawn so Belle goes to get dressed to beat her to it ... - Sami visits Shawn, Steve and Kayla and makes jokes about her blow up marriage. Kayla senses she is wired. Sami is and announces to Shawn that Belle is sleeping with EJ. Shawn is shocked ... Kate implores Lucas not to plead guilty today. Seconds later he is cuffed and hauled to his arraignment. He tells Kate to go away. EJ arrives and stops Kate from leaving. She realizes Ro spilled. EJ knows she kept her silence about Lucas the whole time and let him take the fall. Kate gets sarcastic about EJ's history so he warns her not to go the Butch Sundance route ... Kayla cannot stop Sami from taunting Belle came out and told her she and EJ had been in bed. She pretends she hates saying so but Belle arrives in blue and seriously doubts it. Their livid eyes lock ... Brady enjoys Chloe's coffee and she is happy to hear it went well with Theresa and Tate. She assures him in time Belle and Shawn could overcome but Brady believes they are done due to EJ and Jan Spears ... Belle blasts Sami for lashing out to hurt Shawn. She will never forgive her. Sami laughs and leaves. Kayla and Steve now step away so Shawn and Belle can talk ... Roman is with Marlena, who is sympathetic about Kate ... EJ insults Lucas and Kate counters she wanted to protect her son. She wonders how he will get his revenge. He warns revenge is a dish best served cold so he must take his ruthless time. He leaves her alone to wonder ... - Chloe loves Brady's gift of pearls and they passionately kiss ... Shawn has heard enough. Belle apologizes for how he heard about her and EJ but he should have expected it. Shawn is embittered ... Marlena leaves Shawn an anxious message. Kate shows up at her door and Marlena is cold. Kate seeks her help ... Sami is at the mansion when EJ returns and he thanks God she is back. However, he spoke too soon ... Chloe welcomes Brady home ... Lucas has pleaded not guilty and looks around the station for mama Kate ... Marlena is tough on Kate and suggests she should not even have her in her home ... Belle points out there were already problems. Shawn argues because of the devil and they were both victims. He cannot turn his back on his child. She cries he claimed they did not sleep together so he throws the fling with EJ in her face. Belle decides she is done ... Sami is astounded by EJ'S audacity. She came by to bid Johnny goodbye. She is going away and insults her ex, who suggests they would still be together if she had not believed Lucas' lies. She fumes she was done a favor and bitterly wishes him misery with Belle or whoever. She is done with him and the DiMera mansion and everything!
