He is woeful woman he loves Sarah has left him ... Will continues to listen to Leo and Sloan's not so secret conversation ... At the Kiriakis mansion Alex is drinking alone and complains to curious Sonny he lost his dream girl. Meanwhile crying Steph summons Gallahad Chad ... Now inside the pub Justin would be delighted to litigate Xander for Sarah but Bonnie is against the divorce and suggests a second chance ... Xander is desperate for another drink. Gwen cannot believe all the empty bottles. He finds a full one before his delivery arrives and sighs Sarah wants a divorce. He will also be sent back to the slammer. Gwen refuses to accept it ... Will smiles smugly as he hears Leo allude to covering up Xander’s kidnapping crime ... Sarah is stunned and reminds Bonnie what badass Xander did. Bonnie is all about forgiveness cos Justin gave her a second chance. Sarah argues Xander's misdeeeds caused the death of Susan ... Gwen updates Xander on Sloan suggesting she and Leo would get off Scot free - but she would rather help the Scot. He tells her to take the dang deal ... Will hears about the bodysuit Leo wore. He gets a text reminding him to find Julie's rosary and tiptoes upstairs ... Alex sighs Steph did the math and does not blame her for giving him the boot ... Everything about Steph is sad. Her hair, her expression, her shocking realization about Alex. Chad already heard what he did from Sonny. She admits she refused to accept his apology. They are finished forever! Chad moves in for a sympathetic embrace. Steph sniffles on his strong shoulder. However, he notes Alex knew not why he was calling and Chad did seem to be interrupting many of their moments. Steph cannot forgive him for robbing her of her last goodbye with Kayla. She can never get it back. Chad wonders how he can make it better ... - Alex drinks alone in front of the fireplace and remembers the way they were. He gets going to clear his head ... Bonnie has been there and believes Xander was unable to see a way out of his mess so he spiraled out of control. Justin is impressed with his wife and now agrees Sarah should take more time before starting divorce proceedings ... Gwen refuses to ever betray Xander. He wonders if she wants anything in return ... After Leo gets them each a martini Sloan warns him he would be cross examined by the other side. There is also nothing to stop Xander from telling Sonny what he did and that especially upsets lovestruck Leo ... Sonny hugs Will at the hospital as he waits to see Marlena. Will bears news about houseguest Leo ... Sarah suspects Xander could still end up in the slammer ... Gwen urges Xander to fight and drags him into the shower to sober up ... Sloan strongly suggests Leo take a plea deal. He cannot risk Sonny knowing what he did. Sloan senses a crush and Leo cannot deny it ... Sonny is stunned when Will tells him Leo's dirty little secret and calls him a sneaky son of a ... Even if there is no romance Leo declares he is determined to keep Sonny in his life ... - Slinky Sloan approaches lonely guy Alex at the bar and sarcastically asks after new gal pal Steph. He drinks up, announces he lost the girl but blames himself ... Chad surprises Steph with Kate's recipe for spaghetti and meatballs. Steph is sorry and he admits she meant more than his real parents. They toast to unforgettable Kate ... Xander is dripping wet. Gwen too. They need a change of clothes. Gwen gawks at the view ... Sonny returns to surprised Leo and lets him know he must pack and leave. Leo blames Will for being jealous. Sonny warns he knows what he did, that he played a part in Bonnie's abduction. Leo stares in stunned horror ... Steph is ever so grateful Chad made her feel better. He wants to go get dessert. She suggests something from the fridge and then finds Kayla's last apple pie that she left with a note. It was for Steph since she missed Christmas. Crying time restarts and Chad holds her close ... Sloan smugly wonders how Alex strayed. He denies he did and updates her on what happened. She notes she would never forgive any fella who made her miss her last goodbye with her mother ... Leo acts innocent. Sonny exclaims Will overheard him with Sloan and cries how could he betray him so! He and Xander kidnapped traumatized Bonnie! Leo deeply apologizes and asks him to give him a chance cos he is the only real friend he ever had. He swears to come clean and make amends. Alas tis too late. Sonny sadly sighs he thought they were friends. Leo desperately states they still are. Sonny notes he is nothing to him and orders him to go before he gets him tossed out ... As they enjoy dessert Bonnie tells Justin she still believes Xander and Sarah stand a chance. Justin marvels at the wonderful woman he feels lucky to have and she gives him a kiss ... Gwen is wearing his shirt and Xander is pulling up his pants when Sarah comes to the door hyperventilating what the hell ... Xander wants to explain but falls down. The disgusted wife storms off ...
