He complains EJ called and left her a message on the landline about the big shareholder meeting ... Designer suit EJ suggests Ava disqualifies. Even the big Shin has his doubts about that so EJ announces she sees dead people ... Brady explains to his daughter that Chloe must tell the truth in court but Rachel fears mommy will have to go away again ... EJ elaborates. Ava has been imagining her late husband and needs help. She calls him a bastard and talks tough. EJ argues an unstable woman should not be permitted to vote her dead husband's shares. Tony sarcastically wonders who could take her place ... Rolf orders sleeping Stefan to remember the last time he saw his wife Gabi, the last I love you ... She doubts any evidence so EJ calls upon Gabi to confirm she saw Ava hallucinating ... Rolf takes sleeping Stefan back to his first declaration of love with Gabi. She felt the same and he smiled. Now Rolf erases that memory as well and Stefan violently shakes again in his bed ... - The big Shin asks Gabi to confirm so she says she was at the mansion and saw nothing. He now asks his son Li, who remembers jabbing Stefan and dragging him away. Papa is waiting for him to answer. Li insists EJ is lying. EJ now plays a recording of what Johnny said about Ava insisting she saw Jake, how he felt real. She assumed she was imagining it. Johnny is not impressed his father recorded him and EJ politely points out he had no choice ... Brady calms Rachel down and sends her to say goodbye to her pal the park. He is sorry, realizes he must speak to Belle and promises to call Chloe when he can ... Shirtless Shawn believes he needs more time but Belle kisses him instead ... Rolf keeps going with his warped memory erasing game. Jake convulses ... The big Shin realizes EJ was right and is officially preventing Ava from voting her DiMera shares until he is assured of her mental state. CHECK MATE concludes clever Tony. Gabi, Kristen and Ava hate that smug EJ has won this round ... Shawn stops the kiss. Belle wants to make love but he is still smarting she was with EJ. Brady enters and apologizes. Shawn storms out ... Rolf revels in ruining Stefan's love story. The wedding memories with Gabi get erased ... EJ officially moves that Gabi be deposed and he replace her. The vote must be immediate. Johnny warns he might not get what he wants. Tony continues his clever commentary ... - Shawn jogs by curious Chloe, assures her Brady is with Belle and bitterly admits they have not overcome their issues ... Glam Belle believes Shawn will never forgive her for the affair. She asks Brady about his problem. He was just served cos Kristen is after full custody ... Kristen, Gabi and Ava are happy to hear good guy Johnny is voting for Gabi as he was appalled EJ attempted to exploit Ava's raw grief. Gabi smugly states she has a majority now. EJ warns his son he will remember this and departs away as drums play. Johnny takes it all in stride ... Belle warns Brady that Kristen's lawyer Sloan is a shark so they cannot use anything old. Brady updates her on Kristen threatening to stab Chloe with a letter opener. Alas now Chloe is nervous about testifying cos Rachel would hate her. Belle tries to make him feel better as the worst case scenario would be shared custody. She promises everything will work out so he says the same about his little sister and Shawn ... Woman in blue Chloe suggests Shawn seems to be punishing Belle and believes he should make up his mind ... EJ and Tony are having a drink at the mansion when Ava confronts EJ. He tells her to pack up and leave. Johnny warns then he will follow. Ava gives EJ a triumphant stare ... Kristen warns Gabi that EJ could get close to that vote again. Gabi knows and stands by boyfriend Li as his father passes judgment. He suggests she not forget she got ahead only because her husband died ... Rolf has replaced Stefan's loving memories of Gabi with loving musical memories of Chloe once upon a time. Stefan smiles as he sleeps ... - Back at DiMera mansion Johnny continues to blast his father, who reminds him the mansion is their family residence. Johnny stands firm. Tony suggests he not lose his son and helps himself to another much needed drink. EJ sighs she can stay. Johnny offers her a drink and she smiles she will freshen up. They leave together and EJ paces like a lion. Tony believes he did the best thing but EJ lets out a wild cry and breaks his glass against the grand DiMera fireplace ... Upstairs Ava thanks Johnny, who grins she is good to have around ... Gabi is concerned with the conflict between Li and his father but Li only has eyes for her ... Kristen visits Rolf, who reveals when the Salem patient wakes up he will want only Chloe Lane ... Chloe and Brady catch up and he promises the songbird Kristen will not cause them any problems ... Back at home Belle apologizes. Shawn concedes she was correct about this not working. She assumes he wants her to move out.
