Kristen greets returned Gwen and Dimitri and hears how Leo showed up in Iceland. Gwen knows she knows the real reason they returned early ... Kristen grills him about Leo and senses they are having a real relationship ... Stefan approaches perky pigtail Rachel to continue that game of 20 questions she started with Gabi. He suggests they guess the secret before Gabi. Rachel calls that mean ... - Breakfasting Mr. Roth opens his door to stylish Gabi, who would not stop knocking. She reminds him she is sister in law to Kristen and gushes to the prestigious prep headmaster she wants to do something for him ... He remembers Kristen describing her as a nosy fortune hunter and tries to get rid of her. She announces she wants to enroll her daughter. He tells her he is not involved in admissions so she asks him for a name and number ... Stefan assures irate Rachel that he and Gabi have a friendly competition going. Rachel agrees to play. Kristen reminds him he owes her and wonders how he will keep Gwen from hearing about his inheritance when Roth the man with the purse strings insists on speaking to her ... Dimitri starts to panic ... - Chad is sincerely sorry about Victor. Alex thanks him and asks Steph for a favor - to deal with the Basic Black project meeting with Yuri without him. Steph and Chad wonder. Alas Alex has been having a hard time since Victor died. He feels guilty for being bitter and petty toward his grandfather and Maggie. Steph is sorry and agrees to help. He leaves and Leo's face falls ... Gwen wonders why Dimitri suddenly seems so nervous and promises they can solve any problem together ... Chad did not want to sound insensitive but suggests Alex get through his grief. He tells him to go home and make up with Maggie. That would honor Victor's memory. Alex appreciates the good advice and gets going. Steph kisses her good man Chad ... - Leo returns to his room and wishes he had shown Sonny more of Dimitri. Sonny seems to have gotten to him again ... Alex and Sonny grin and hug at the Kiriakis mansion. Maggie is now napping ... Dimitri gets a text from Leo, who reminds him to keep going with the act. He pretends it was a text from Kristen, who suggested they get another shareholder on board. Now he tells his beloved Gwen he must run an errand. She agrees and looks forward to hearing more ... Gabi gets home to suited Stefan and announces she now knows what the secret is ... Alex updates supportive Sonny on why he must see Maggie. Sonny is glad he is back. Alex picks up an old photo album with pics of elegant Victor through the years. Poignant music plays ... As they eat breakfast, Steph praises Chad again. He admits Kristen warned him not to trust Alex with his girlfriend. Steph quips the DiMeras like to stir up drama ... Anxious Dimitri comes to see Leo, in a panic over his predicament ... - Gabi updates Stefan on what Roth told her about Dimitri getting his huge inheritance if he can prove his marriage is real. Stefan senses Kristen is protecting Dimitri cos she stands to get a cut. Gabi assumes Kristen knows who Dimitri is having sleepovers with. Now they just need to get that name ... Leo warns Dimitri that Gwen would not take his deception sitting down. Dimitri suggests they come up with a fake Gwen so the real Gwen will not know he was using her for his inheritance. Leo wonders who would do such a thing. Dimitri decides he needs someone he can totally trust. Leo has an epiphany. He concludes he can be the fake Gwen ... Back at DiMera mansion Gwen knocks over a decanter and curses. Kristen comes running. Gwen does not deny being upset. Kristen sighs Dimitri must have told her everything.
