Abe and Steve have a beer together and start to watch an old epi of Body and Soul. They laugh about the son back from the dead ... Replay of Phil opening Chloe's door to depart. Brady grabs him in a guy hug, so relieved he is alive. For a few seconds anyway ... Belle blames herself. Marlena praises her for being supportive but cannot tell her daughter what Shawn said in their sessions. Belle fears he could be a danger to himself. Marlena has concerns and agrees to help ... Elegant Paulina visits Shawn and announces she is giving Rafe his position back ... Rafe has made marvelous margueritas for himself and Jada. They get cozy and start to smooch ... He left Brady at the riverbank, cut his own self and smeared the blood on Brady. Then he dropped his leg into the river and vanished. He framed him , it was not Kristen and he is profoundly sorry. He hopes for forgiveness. Brady slugs him instead and Phil goes down! - Steve has muted the commercial. Abe saw it was for a memory supplement and realizes Steve was trying to be sensitive. Abe already checked with Kayla and that supplement is not for amnesia. Steve is sorry. Abe woefully admits he has no memories of Paulina ... Shawn is relieved Rawlins' reign of terror is over. Chloe states Victor did not want his son to do time and suggests making peace in his memory ... - Steve probes whether Abe finds Paulina attractive. He does. Steve suggests a return to the romantic beginning ... Elegant Paulina excitedly interrupts Rafe and Jada's pub dinner and asks him to come back as commis ... Belle wants to go to the station ... Shawn appears at Marlena's office and apologizes for making his wife worry. He wants her to have the gun. Marlena wonders. He asks for help. Belle promises they will both make him better. He lets out a soulful sigh ... Chloe begs Brady not to blow up the Kiriakis family. He needs to think about it and storms out. Phil sighs he will need a lawyer. Chloe offers to call Belle and believes she will still be a friend ... Marlena suggests they start talking. Shawn is sorry he disappointed Belle, who promises all well be alright and kisses him before she goes ... Paulina updates Rafe and Jada on Shawn returning to his detective position. Rafe wonders about that rule. Paulina promises to change the policy so that cops have the right to date so long as they stay professional. Rafe will wait for that amendment to pass and points out he is enjoying his time with Jada. Paulina plans to fast-track that and get him back where he belongs ... - Abe is surprised to hear that Steve had amnesia some years ago. Kayla refused to give up and Steve sensed she was his destiny so he did whatever necessary to remember He is convinced the more time Abe spends with Paulina, the more he might remember. If not, he will still fall back in love with her. Abe considers ... As they share a piece of pie, Jada suggests Rafe accept the job again. He notes they will not see each other so much. She argues the town needs him and he loves that job. He blurts out he is also falling in love with her and she smiles a sweet smile ... Paulina comes by Steve's place to update approving Abe of offering Rafe the commis job back. Abe surprises her by asking her on a date. She is delighted ... Shawn is sorry he stormed out of Marlena's office. He is ready now. She promises her new patient she will help him and loves him. He loves her back and they hug ... Belle pauses outside Chloe's door as she texts Shawn she loves him. Then she knocks. Chloe opens the door and admits the person who needs a lawyer is ... Belle suddenly sees Phillip, cries tears of joy and hugs him. He hopes she will not be mad at him for what he has done ...
