He reminded him he was Stefano's number one son and got the antidote serum that is being tested at the hospital as they speak. Anna continues her loud lament. Abigail updates her on the antidote. Anna cannot wait for Renee to be dead again ... -The devil warns Johnny could wind up dead so brave Allie grabs his hand and tells Johnny they must work together. He hears her, replies in his mind and the lights flash. She urges him to fight so they can send the devil to hell ... Shawn kisses waiting wifey Belle at the club and assures her he is happier having Rafe back. Belle sighs she is trying to help EJ and really regrets she was the one who - unbeknownst to her - set him up ... Glam Anna updates Tony and Maggie on antidote and suggests they take Sarah together. He hangs up and agrees to sign the papers. Then he sends her to Tony. Pleased Sarah prances out. Gwen now hears there might be an antidote, which would mean the return of the real Sarah. She starts to sweat ... Xander is soon dressed and she stares at her engagement ring, sighing that Sarah even in her madness is his one true love. He tells her t'was the past and he was torn that she did not love him though she really did. Gwen weeps he will neva feel the same way about her as he does Sarah. Silence. Then he repeats he loves her and is sorry for her sadness. She warns Renee Dumonde will not agree to an antidote. Xander wants to be there with Tony and Anna. Gwen acts understanding of his loyalty and he wants a hug. She holds him like there is no tomorrow and tells him he is her everything. He shares the sentiment. Gwen now makes a request to promise to give up on Sarah and marry her if Rolf's antidote is a bust ... - Anna doubts Sarah wants to spend life like a dead lady. Sarah is less then thrilled to see her at the house but smiles to Tony she got the divorce papers signed. Tony gushes Anna also signed. This is news to Anna ... Gwen suggests Sarah has some of Xander’s heart. He feels for her being robbed of so much time. He loves Gwen his bff who helped him through the hard times so ... if the antidote is a bust he will wed her. Gwen is grateful and they cling to one another ... Tony suggests he and Renee wed today, much to Anna's annoyance. Tony adds Marlena must preside and for the marriage license a blood test is required. Anna and Maggie now realize what Tony is up to. Maggie calls ahead to get the blood test set up ... Abigail states she saw Johnny's car and wonders what is wrong with Allie, who calmly states she is stressed about Johnny and jokes when they fight one could end up dead on the floor. Abigail can relate as she has been there with brother JJ. Allie now looks at unmoving Johnny nearby on the floor ... Tony waits with Sarah in a hospital room. She feels safe and praises him to the heavens ... Anna, Xander and Maggie meet Chad outside the room. Anxious mama Maggie hears the serum is unofficially safe. The proper trial could take years. Chad has faith in Rolf but the redhead reminds him he is mad. Chad tells Maggie tis her call though Rolf has always been true for Stefano and some sons ... Belle and Shawn recall all the happy couples the devil has gone after including them. She is ever so relieved she stopped Jan from having her way with him. Shawn gulps and starts to stammer ... Belle gets an unexpected summons from the slammer and assumes EJ ia waiting. She will see hubby at home - but hubby has a scandalous secret he was about to spill... - Abigail believes the battling is always there with a sibling. Allie coldly agrees. After Abigail goes to look for her brother, ALLIEDEVIL wonders what to do with Johnnyboy ... Abigail returns to a cold room with the patio doors open and closes them. Maggie is staring at the serum in her small hand while Anna and Xander anxiously wait. Maggie refuses to risk her daughter's safety. They must be certain the serum will not cause her harm ... Sarah is impatient. Tony coos they have the rest of their lives ... Sitting by her drink grim Gwen concludes she cannot and will not lose Xander to Sarah ... Xander wants to get started. Maggie says to wait. Sarah stomps out followed by Tony and taunts Anna she lost. Now if only someone would give her that jab. Nurse Anna snatches the needle and unceremoniously stabs Sarah as the gang gasp ... Belle sees she was summoned by smug Jan and starts to go but inmate Spears stops her and stands up looking verrrry preggers. They lock eyes and Jan's smirk says guess who ... STAY BLOODY TUNED!
