He senses something is off and pulls back the curtain, cursing cos he thinks sleeping Stefan is dead ... Tony and Anna elegantly enjoy their dry martinis at DiMera mansion. Silk tie Tony alludes to the drama with EJ, Johnny and Ava under the same roof ... Johnny believes his da betrayed him with his secret recording of their convo and vows to defend Ava. She is pretty pleased with the outcome cos Gabi just hired her to work at DiMera ... EJ slyly suggests to Gabi that new hire mob princess Ava is losing her mind, which will reflect badly on Gabi aka her co-conspirator. He calls Ava's last minute marriage a sham. Gabi smugly reminds him he lost his son over his recent actions. EJ stops smiling ... - Rolf insists Stefan is simply recovering from the fake memories cycle. He will need more and Li wants to know how many. Rolf notes they need more time. Li warns he better not escape and race back to Gabi before they are ready ... Chloe defends Brady as a devoted dad. Kristen hisses Chloe is the real problem and wants her away from her daughter. Chloe scoffs she will tell the court she is a violent sociopath ... Well dressed Anna and Tony discuss Ava. Anna is sympathetic. Tony questions her current competence to be on the board. Anna counters Kristen is way worse but EJ did not care. Tony notes the war is not over. Johnny suggests the DiMeras hold a memorial to say goodbye to the late Jake down in the DiMera crypt ... EJ warns Gabi to butt out of his family biz with his son. She suggests Johnny deserves a better dad. Exit irate EJ ... Brady comes to Chloe's room and she complains about Kristen ... Rolf is ready to continue the bombardment of sleeping Stefan's beautiful mind with bogus memories but Kristen appears and announces he must wake up now ... - Smitten suited Li returns to Gabi, who complains about EJ ... Johnny joins Anna and Tony downstairs. Anna and Tony discuss him standing up to EJ but he would rather talk Jake and the small memorial he and Ava will be hosting in the family crypt. They agree to attend so he calls Gabi to invite her too ... Li warns Gabi that his powerful papa might mot approve of her hiring Ava. He has something else to say but she now gets Johnny's call ... EJ acts like Ava is unhinged and accuses her of using his young son. She denies it as her husband just died. He warns the next time she hallucinates Jake, big Shin will fire her and the family will send her straight to Bayview. Ava eyes him like a cat ... - Kristen wants Stefan to wake up fast and head to the woman he loves. Stefan opens his eyes. He is aware he has been in the lab for 4 years. Kristen insists he go to his true love and he seems confused but speaks Chloe's name. Kristen tells him to go to her bed ... Ava laughs. EJ taunts she sees dead people aka Jake. She brings up Johnny's sweet idea of a memorial service. As EJ leaves he laughs to give Jake his best ... Gabi nervously notes to Li the service for Jake would be in the DiMera crypt, where she has not been since ... She hopes he can accompany her ... Chloe apologizes for further provoking Kristen but Brady is mad as hell and tells the songbird to send his ex straight back to Statesville with her damning testimony ... Kristen has stolen a suit from Jake's closet for Stefan. Rolf tells her tis too soon and might not vvvvork ... Lovebirds Brady and Chloe share a passionate kiss after she decides not to testify tomorrow. It would be best for Rachel and her relationship ... Li notes he is not family but Gabi needs him. He agrees to accompany her and they kiss in bliss ... Suited Stefan is ready. Kristen purrs perfect and repeats to go to Chloe. Rolf hopes he remembers ...
