Marlena assures EJ she will not tell anyone including Brady about Kristen's wish to take the fall for his shooting. EJ wishes he had known the verdict was not guilty. Marlena reels from the news ... Gabi wonders what next. Tony suggests they do nothing for now ... Xander fumes. Phil drawls he was just checking he could trust him. They agree to start afresh but first Phil must inform him there is a slight hitch that could be a deal breaker ...
