Ava and Harris were en route to see Tripp, who smiles when he sees them in his bedroom ... Rafe finds the warm pizza box and sees the cut hospital IDs in the trash. All of a sudden tipsy Shawn shows up ... Ava updates Tripp on EJ's hired gun. Trustworthy Wendy enters the room. Tripp tells curious Ava that the cops spoke to him at the Salem Inn. Harris sighs they are safe. Ava says for now ... Mad Jada does not believe the hitwoman when she claims she was hired by an agency. Jada also has the message on her burner phone from someone asking if Ava is out of the picture yet. She tells her to start talking ... - Talia updates lawyer Belle on her good luck which started with Marlena. Now she is working at the hospital and almost reunited with Chanel. She gives Belle a rose, thanks her for everything and flounces off to find Chanel herself ... Shawn came to be the backup. Rafe reminds him he is off duty. He wants a new assignment and wants to get his mind off Victor. Rafe knows he is drunk ... Johnny gushes wow post kiss. He and Chanel are over the moon but she feels badly about Talia. However, nothing ever compared to what she had with Johnny. Knock knock! Tis smiling Talia and her roses ... Tripp is suspicious of Harris. Ava assures him he saved her. Wendy and Tripp remember his questionable past that included exploding pizza. Harris is sincerely sorry but he was brainwashed. He intends to help Ava. Ave now drops the bombshell that Susan banks is alive ... Jada demands the name of the person who hired the hitwoman and offers a deal. Suited EJ steps in with a scowl and orders her not to answer! - Shawn denies being drunk. Rafe smells it and orders him out before he suspends him. He urges him to think of his family and asks his officer to escort him home ... Tripp seems surprised that Ava has been seeing Susan. She flashed back to Susan exiting from the back seat and bolting. Since then she has been getting psychic visions sent by Susan, who must be trying to reach her. Harris adds they believe she is in London. Tripp wonders how she can get there as a fugitive. Ava enlightens him ... Jada is caught off guard when EJ claims to be the suspect's attorney ... Johnny graciously goes so Chanel can speak to Talia, who assumes she won ... until Chanel makes an announcement ... Belle sees Shawn at the square and wonders why the officer was escorting him. He updates her on wanting to work on the Ava case. Belle is stunned since he is clearly drunk as a Salem skunk ... - Chanel explains she and Johnny have reconciled ... Shawn makes light of having a few drinks on a hard day. Belle tells him tis not the first time. He complains about his nightmares about Bo and now Victor, whose death he believes he caused. Belle suggests rehab. He denies having a problem. She sadly states she cannot help him. He accuses her of not being honest anyway ... Jada notes the patient had no time to call a lawyer. EJ claims he saw the news and decided to offer his services to this latest victim of the Salem P.D. if she will accept. ... Ava and Harris will be getting fake passports but it will take a little while. Tripp tells them they need them fast. Wendy offers her unique assistance ... EJ's hit lady hesitates. Jada notices. Hit lady accepts Mr. DiMera's assistance. EJ suggests Jada go look for Ava Vitali. Jada goes and EJ demands to know why Ava is still alive ... Wendy used to make fake IDs and has the passports to get started. She gives Harris and Ava the names of the main characters from Notting Hill, the fab Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant must see movie. Now all she needs to do is take Ava and Harris's photographs ... - Talia realizes she has lost Chanel back to her former hubby Johnny DiMera and starts to cry. Chanel is sorry. Talia leaves feeling like a fool ... Shawn acts indignant about Belle agreeing to help Philip and reminds her of her cheating. She went from dead Philip to EJ! Belle suggests they go home to talk. He refuses and storms off. Belle loses him and leaves him a message ... Tormented Talia remembers her history with Chanel and downs a shot at the pub. Tormented Shawn asks to join her ... Meanwhile at DiMera mansion anxious Johnny is pacing. Knock knock! Tis Chanel. Their eyes lock ... Outside the Salem patient's room Jada gives Rafe the latest update on EJ becoming the hitwoman's attorney. Rafe scoffs. Jada vows to get a warrant to check EJ's phone. Rafe complains he lost Ava and Michaels ... EJ updates his lucky hitwoman on who Harris is and hisses the ex navy seal will not keep Ava away from him for long ... Harris is impressed with Wendy's perfect fake IDs. Tripp is mighty proud. Ava is sorry to say they must go. Tripp tells them to be careful cos EJ will come searching for them. Ava hugs her son and asks him to tell the cops she came by but refused to stay or say where she was going. He asks her to return safe when she is able. They exchange I love yous and she thanks Wendy, who wishes them luck. Ava now leaves with Harris the same way they came, through the window.
