He could countersue her for negligence and blame her lawsuit for the delay of the opening! - Julie believes Jeremy will be the best teacher. He has errands to run but agrees to return for lunch. Later when Chad is alone in the living room Thomas comes downstairs. Dad Chad wonders what is wrong ... Steph hates how she let her younger self stay with someone like Jeremy. Alex insists she is blameless unlike villainous Jeremy. She is still haunted by what happened, how she missed the red flags. Alex blames only Jeremy and holds his beloved close. She heard he became a better person but was horrified to hear from Julie he was coming back. They cannot imagine he would dare to darken her doorstep so she assures him she will be alright while he heads off to discuss Tony's looming deadline with the family. Alex kisses her and leaves. She assures herself the past is in the past ... - Paulina agrees to wait for the power company's report before doing anything drastic and turns to take her leave. EJ woefully asks after Chanel and Johnny. She angrily accuses him of setting up her Chanel but he denies it yet again ... Gwen and Cat agree to meet for lunch again. Cat now texts Chad asking how it went with the family. Meantime Thomas is blasting dad Chad for not telling him he was seeing Cat. The lad is heartsick about it ... Knock knock.
