But they are both proud and plan to tell her. Steve is still concerned about Steph suspecting Jeremy was the one who outed her to Leo. They agree tis good she is going public. Abe arrives and Julie sighs his new student has not shown up ... Kayla probes and Steve admits he got Rafe to do a background check on Jeremy. He seemed clean enough these last 15 years. Kayla, however, insists he makes their girl nervous and that is a concern cos Steph does not spook easily ... Jeremy complains to JJ that anything he says seems to backfire. JJ insists only actions can work ... Paulina runs into intense Theo outside the pub. He is sorry he slipped to Abe and said she already knew about his trouble with JJ. Paulina assures him she and Abe are close enough to disagree ... Liam the uneasy student arrives and Julie steps away. Abe sternly suggests one should meet at the time one agrees to.
