Sloan suggests Xander not worry and reminds him he is out to get full custody and she is out to make it happen ... Justin intends to bring up Xander's record and now warns Sarah the other side could use how she lied about a baby's paternity in the past ... - Cool dudes Roman and Steve catch up at the pub. They talk Tate being like Teresa. Steve heard she is staying in Salem. Roman notes no need to worry about she who always lands on her two feet ... Teresa bought Alex dishes. Alex sighs tis sad he was not Justin's biological son and wishes Victor were here to explain himself. He asks Teresa about herself. She calls Salem home and complains she knows not where to live. She pretends tis hard to keep paying the Salem Inn and she has no one who would want her to move in with them. Alex falls for it and invites her to move in with him ... - Unhappy Sarah comes home to Maggie and complains about Xander suing for full custody. The redhead is appalled. She assures her Justin will help her keep her baby. Konstantin interrupts. The intros are made and he states she is beautiful like her mother and insists she enjoy his dinner with them. Sarah happily accepts ... Melinda comes straight from the airport to Sloan, who sends Xander home to think about what he wants to do. Sloan wants to call Eric. Melinda stops her and warns the adoption lawyers had concerns about her history, not to mention Colin's. Sloan panics cos she believes she needs a baby to keep Eric ... Nicole gets her prescription and asks the nurse for another copy of the genetic analysis she and EJ had done regarding the new baby. The nurse agrees but rattles Eric when she assumes he is the father. He stammers they are pals and he is not the papa ... Roman admits to Steve he has concerns about Eric adopting a baby with someone like Sloan. Here comes Kayla with her harrowing tale! - Roman gets Kayla the drink she wants. Steve is horrified to hear how Dimitri cuffed her to a hospital bed. Steve wants to go after the creep. Roman is also enraged. Kayla stops them since he did not harm her. He and Leo escaped and the cops are looking for them. Kayla wants to forget the whole fiasco. Steve vows to make Dimitri pay and he means it ... Alex admits he does not like living alone and has high praise for flirty Teresa. He suggests their hookup in Greece was unwise and they should get to know each other better. She goes to check out of the inn for good and teases to save some closet space. Then she calls him roomie and flirtily leaves ... The gals enjoyed the Greek dinner and Maggie marvels it made her remember Victor. Konstantin excuses himself for a post dinner walk. Sarah is impressed ... The nurse goes to get the copy Nicole requested. Eric stammers it was nice to see Nicole and steps away to see his former parishioner. Her eyes mirror her sadness ... Sloan gets nervous. Melinda assures her Nicole will never know she doctored the results and promises to get her a baby for herself and Eric ... Sloan kisses Eric when he comes home. He is sorry he was late and wonders what Melinda said. She fibs everything is fine and he will be a father soon. If only he knew he already was! - Meanwhile the nurse hands a very pregnant Nicole the entire genetic report she re-requested. Magical chimes are heard ... Xander confronts Justin at the square for keeping Sarah's secret from him. Justin argues he, Bonnie and Maggie tried but could not convince her to tell him the truth. He reasons he has Victoria's whole life ahead of him and suggests her parents put her interests first. In his view, whar Victor did was way worse and he is not even here to explain ... Xander now calls Sloan and tells her to do wot it takes to get him his daughta ... Maggie marvels how Konstantin makes her remember Victor. She senses Sarah's stress and suggests she rest while the baby sleeps. Sarah unhappily heads to bed ... Alex prepares the second bedroom for Teresa and stops to wonder whether his new living arrangement might be unwise ...
