He kisses her and goes to the pub to get a coffee for himself, a yogurt for her. But Xander is at the door and he gasps what the hell ... Rex has summoned Kate to tell her off for suggesting Sarah release him. She now wants a divorce so Kate is delighted but not Rex ... Phone Sarah is having coffee at the square discussing Maggie's magic touch getting the baby to sleep. After the call she is stunned to see Susan, who is colorful and alive as ever ... Ava gets a good morning call from Harris. He has a new phone and wonders how her night was. She loved spending time with her son. He sighs about needing a job so she lists his heroics. Tripp overhears ... EJ hands Susan the bear claws she wanted. Sarah realizes she is indeed real and wonders when she returned. Sue explains it was on the news but new mom Sarah knew not. She gasps and sits down, realizing the implications ... Xander did not cause her death after all ... Eric is livid to hear Xander could be Sloan's new client, gets sarcastic and grudgingly goes. Sloan impatiently suggests Xander explain why he thinks she could win his case ... Rex is enraged Kate meddled but she warns Xander would never let go of his baby and Sarah still has it bad for the badass. She urges him to let Sarah go and not fight the divorce. Her son sighs ... Ava insists Harris is her hero and ends the call when Tripp emerges. She wants to make him and Wendy breakfast. Tripp tells her she left on a job interview. Ava probes and he admits he is in looooove. He now asks about Harris and her relationship ... Eric gets a coffee at the pub and a greeting from Harris, who rented the room upstairs and found some photos he gives to Eric. They are of Rachel, who is his brother Brady's daughter ... EJ still blames Xander for the lost year of his mother's life. Sarah marvels Xander did not murder her. EJ scowls. Sarah staggers home ... - Sloan warns Xander that Sarah has a better reputation than him. He argues Sarah cannot accuse him of murder cos Susan is alive. In addition, Sarah lied and put another man's name of the birth certificate - something she also did to Eric. He makes his case that Sarah is the real monster ... Ava makes light of her friendship with Harris. Tripp appreciates how he saved them. Ava admits they bonded when they went on the run ... Harris tells Eric that Marlena can vouch for his character. Eric is surprised to hear he was born in Salem ... Sloan gets rattled. Xander argues Sarah keeping his baby from him makes her unfit mother material. Sloan thinks a male judge might side with them. She realizes how much Xander hates his ex for keeping his bio baby for him ... Kate wishes Rex would stop wasting his life on Sarah, who is now in the doorway. Kate hisses to leave her son alone. Then she exits. Rex apologizes. Sarah sadly states his mother was right. She sniffles she just saw Susan, who is alive and well. Rex read the news. Sara believes this will work for Xander in court. She concedes Kate was right and they should move on ... - Susan smiles about Sarah hearing Xander was innocent. EJ calls Xander and Ava dangerous. She reminds her son of his own transgressions and tells him Xander was nice to her. He scoffs. She demands he swear he will not harm them and he humors her. Drums play ... Back at the Brady pub the coffee and conversation continue to flow for Eric and Harris. Harris is looking for work. Eric suggests the pub but Roman already hired a teen. Kate greets Harris and gushes about Dimitri's arrest. She suggests Harris go work for the Salem PD. She lists his heroics .. Susan wants to head home to Memphis and Roger ... Rex decides to return to Chicago and drawls Sarah can send him the divorce papers. But he worries about her being hoodwinked by Xander ... Sloan informs Xander the battle will be tough cos Sarah has a good reputation. He hisses no shared custody cos a woman who tries to keep a baby from the biodad does not deserve a second chance! He storms out and Sloan goes silent ... - Ava assures Tripp that Harris is a better man. He worries she might be too dependent on him but she feels like a new woman ... Eric offers to help introduce Harris around town. Harris appreciates it but Kate still thinks the Salem PD could use his services. Jada is the only one there who gets things done ... Weepy Sarah and Rex say their goodbyes ... EJ wonders who handed mama Sue to creepy Edmond ... Sarah sadly states Rex is saying goodbye to the baby when Xander shows up. She adds he is returning to Chicago. It is because of Xander ... Tripp is ready to head to work, Harris comes calling on Ava. Tripp thanks him for saving them and adds his mom has been thru hell and needs no one else's baggage. Ava laughingly tells him to get to work so he does. Harris understands his concern. Ava admits her history of obsessing over love interests. Harris can relate. They cutely come close and start to kiss ... - Marlena meets pal Kate at the pub and asks how she feels now that Phil is leaving town. Kate complains it is with Chloe but must accept his decision. Rex appears with his suitcase and announces he is leaving Salem. Kate gets upset that both he and Philip are going. Rex gives her the divorce news and deduces it was what she wanted anyway ... Eric comes home with a peace scone for Sloan. She heard from Xander that Sarah kept him from his child once upon a time. Eric sighs he would rather not remember the lie that caused so much pain. Sloan hugs him and starts to feel guilty ... Sarah states she saw Susan Banks so Xander was not a killer. He gets sarcastic about her thinking he is an awful person. She denies it and sighs she was just scared to let him in again. Their faces get closer ... EJ is in a snit he saw no one and nothing at the crash site when he was there all night. He vows to find out who snatched Susan and why ... Meanwhile a familiar hand in the slammer is reading the story of how Ava brought Susan home to Salem ... Very telling indeed... STAY TUNED!
