Gabi gets to the coffin and brushes the dirt away ... Eli informs Shawn that Ava hid Carmine at Rafe’s house but is not talking of anything but dead people rising. Shawn is on it ... His last memory is of being grabbed from behind on his way to lock up. Gabi blames herself because Nick Fallon rose and dragged him to his grave, He had a bone to pick - with her. - Nicole assures Rafe she has not lost her marbles. He asks her to start at the beginning. Deimos tried to attack her so she defended herself with the scissors. Rafe notes no blood on the scene. Besides why would he be after her? She admits it was revenge. Rafe wonders what for and Nicole stammers she rejected him. Rafe suggests her mind played a Halloween trick on her. She denies it and then decides he might be right. She tells him to head home to Ava and he admits she is being interrogated about a murder ... Ava tells Shawn her whole Carmine and Charlie story. Charlie offed him with a knife. Shawn suggests her past came back and she was the one who killed Carmine ... Eli pays arrogant Phil a visit at the Kiriakis mansion and updates him on Carmine being killed. He is already aware he and Ava brought him here to share dirt on Jake in their corporate war. Phil acts innocent. Eli demands to know when he saw him last. Phil flashes back to refusing to hide Carmine at the mansion and making Ava get rid of him herself. He acts like he fired Jake because of his bad past and suggests the Salem P.D. speak to him about Carmine as they were associates ... - Jake calls Gabi's tale about zombie Nick crazy. Here comes zombie Nick, who cackles he will have to start all over again ... Nicole is shocked to hear Rafe found Abe’s shooter Carmine on his kitchen floor. He was hidden by Ava. Rafe updates her on the rest of the story Gabi told him about her scheming against Gabi Chic with Philip Kiriakis. Nicole is sympathetic. Rafe feels like a hoodwinked fool ... Ava warns Shawn that Charlie will go after Allie to get Henry ... Tripp taunts Charlie, who shoves Allie aside and bickers with his brother. He rages he would not have died if he had found him that fateful night and decides to take him straight to hell with him. They rumble and Allie screams to wake the dead ... Gabi tells Nick to back off. He talks payback and she remembers the time he attacked her by the river. He has not forgotten she killed him with a rock and claims he will kill the man she loves. He shoves her aside and she looks limp. Nick raises a stake he plans to pierce Jake’s heart with. Jake does not have his strength back yet. Nick laughs like a loon until ... whack! Gabi is triumphant as zombie Nick falls down stone cold dead again ... Allie whacks Charlie on the head with a frying pan and he gets mad. Tripp punches him to the sofa and tells him it is done. Charlie leers Allie will always be damaged goods. Tripp grabs the frying pan and hits him until he is dead again ... Jake thanks Gabi for the shovel save and she helps him up. They return Nick to his coffin and down it goes. Limping Jake notes the loon is gone for the third time and wonders how the hell he got revived. Gabi would rather not know ... - Eli admits Jake is on the loose and might have had assistance. Phil sarcastically suggests Gabi and advises the dedicated detective to waste his energy catching Bonnie and Clyde. He refers to himself as innocent but Eli doubts it and warns he will return with more questions. Phil is aware he has to stay in town and offers him candy ... Nicole is aghast Ava attempted to take over Gabi Chic. Rafe sighs his sis is no innocent and might have helped break Jake out of jail. Nicole is sorry she bothered him for nothing on this night. He smiles to stop and gets closer. He murmurs he was worried. She insists she is alright. He would rather not leave her alone on this crazy night. She smiles she has Duke but Rafe reveals he wants to be her rock. She uses the f word. Friends. He teases he is jealous of Duke and she reminds him they agreed to avoid one another. He argues he gave Ava many chances but after what went down, not to mention what he wants to do when he sees Nicole ... She wonders and he passionately kisses her. She passionately kisses him right back ... - Shawn agrees with Tripp's assessment that Ava was hallucinating again. She demands Rafe. Shawn notes he is not at the station so she demands a phone call. Shawn calls the commiss for her but he is busy smooching with Nicole ... Allie stops Tripp from bashing bloodied Charlie anymore. He promises he will not let him hurt her ever again. Seconds later Charlie's body vanishes ... Gabi is done with the dirty cemetery. Jake wishes he could see her home but must return to the jail ... Shawn assures anxious Ava he left Rafe a message and leaves her alone ... Rafe and Nicole smile and keep kissing. Time to take it to the boardroom table ... Eli asks Shawn for an update but he got nothing new from Ava. Jake is still at large. Here come dirt covered Gabi and Jake. Eli demands the truth. Jake lies he escaped by himself ... Tripp and Allie are spooked. He updates her on Ava also seeing Charlie. They are relieved Henry was with Roman. Allie cries and he holds her close, then thanks her for the frying pan move.
