Chanel gushes they are going on a date. Meantime manipulator Colin tries to send Talia on her way for said date with strict orders to seduce Chanel. She says she cannot ... At the pub Rafe tries to calm down troubled Jada about Talia's troublemaking. He notes there is no motive but Jada is perturbed she could be sent to prison. She talks timeline and he suggests Sloan too. Alas only Sloan has an alibi. Rafe suggests the culprit could be someone not on their radar ... Colin the shirtless culprit continues to sweettalk Talia into doing his bidding, which he believes is justice for his folks. He reminds her no one can know he is here. She warns he is failing her assessment. EJ scoffs. Stefan loves it and warns EJ the board will need to hear of his troubling evaluation. EJ warns Stefan that Nicole has been monitoring him and calls out for her. Gabi smugly says she went shopping. EJ excuses himself and they have a good chuckle ... - Nicole is unpleasantly surprised Eric and Sloan reunited and assumes they are casual. Eric peers at her and points out they are officially in a relationship ... Paulina points out Chanel has moved too fast in her relationships and lists a few. Chanel wears her heart on her sleeve but agrees to go slow with Talia. Paulina sighs not all people are what they seem ... Jada tells Talia of the hardware store dude identifying her as the woman who asked him to make a copy of a key the day Paulina's office space was trashed. Talia looks rattled ... Colin the creep is having a drink with a cap on his head when sister Sloan enters the bar ... Talia acts offended she is being investigated. Jada asks if she did make a copy of the key. Rafe is shocked when the girl confirms she did get a key copied and pulls out the copy of the key she made of Jada's house key as sis suggested. Jada notes she never mentioned it and agrees to go upstairs and try out the key for the record. Rafe assures the angry sister they were just exploring angles. Jada is still hurt her sister would think such a thing of her. She even has Rafe fooled ... Chanel teases mama and thanks her for caring. Paulina tells her to have a nice time ... Stylish Sloan meets her anxious client to go over her testimony. Colin watches from the shadows ... Nicole questions Eric's judgment and warns Sloan could be headed to Statesville soon. Eric replies he is her alibi and she is innocent. Alas she is worried about him. He whispers he will be fine and turns. She stops him and asks him to swear Sloan to secrecy so EJ does not hear of their drug induced fling. They agree they were only together cos the biscuits drugged them but eye one another with angst ... - Back at the pub Jada comes back to Rafe and reveals the key worked. Rafe is relieved. Talia walks out and ignores Jada asking for a talk ... Sloan assures her client her story sounded great. The client heard about Paulina's accusations and wonders whether she needs a new attorney. Sloan assures her she was not the one who went after Paulina Price and trashed her office. Meantime Colin gets a text from Talia complaining about Jada's unexpected accusation. He wants to know more. Talia texts she took care of it and considers calling off the date. Colin tells her to stay. She texts her apprehension about trying to hoodwink Chanel ... now everything is right there on her phone ... Back at the mansion Stefan gives Gabi another kiss and goes to get ready for a run by the lake. Gabi cannot wait to send out her report. He reminds her EJ and Nicole will hit back but in the end they will oust him ... Sloan bumps into EJ outside the pub. He recalls their painful meetup when she was with Eric and he was with Nicole at Valentines. She quips it was worse when she caught them in bed together the other day. EJ stares darkly ... Nicole woefully wishes Eric the best with Sloan. He wishes her happiness even with EJ. She turns and he gets tears in her eyes as she walks away ... EJ is shocked to his core when Sloan confirms Eric and Nicole being caught in the act after the drugged biscuits ... Rafe tries to share fries with Jada, who has no appetite. She wonders why Talia never mentioned making a copy of her key. Rafe argues she has no issues with Paulina or Chanel so no need to be so suspicious ... After sister Sloan is gone Colin approaches her insecure client and praises her attorney to the high heavens ... Chanel joins Talia's table at the bistro and suggests they take it slow. Talia is relieved and smiles. Time to check out the menu ... EJ numbly repeats Nicole and Eric in bed. Sloan realizes he was not aware and scurries on her way. EJ sits on a bench and remembers Nicole's call about a secret. He growls the secret was she slept with Eric, who now comes around the corner. Their eyes lock. Ooooo ... Nicole comes home and Gabi gloats about her bad review of EJ. Nicole counters she has a bad review of Stefan ready but when she reaches down to retrieve it from her bag she doubles over with cramps!
