SOMETHING WICKED COMES! - Caring Marlena and cut throat EJ have differing views of Sophia's death. With a sneaky smirk he changes the topic to the gift he brought to her office ... The Choi Family thank Gabi for her sweet words at the service. Outside the pub Cat and Arron hesitate. He feels guilty but Cat assures him it was not his fault. He knows what it feels like to lose a sister and thanks God he has Cat. Inside Gabi approaches Ari and weeps she could not bear to lose her. Alas she and Phil are over. Outside the pub Holly tells Tate she cannot join the gang at the pub ... EJ has brought miffed Marlena Stephano's chess set and insists it is hers oooo Paulina dramatically informs Theo she is leaving Abe to stay save her sanity. Theo tells her Abe is torn. She insists he and Lexie are soul mates. So it is written ... Outside the pub Gabi laments losing Phil and shares her regrets. She suspects Theo was the one who outed her actions to him ... Aaron tells the Choi family how wonderful Sophia was and wishes he could have told her he loved her. They all did ... Tate feels he must share his sympathy with the Choi family. Meanwhile sour Holly gets herself iced tea and sits in the square ... Paulina plans to check into the Salem Inn. Theo is sorry and thanks his stepmom. They agree they are family for life and she asks him to watch sleeping Trey until Chanel comes home. They share a heartfelt hug ... Ari does not seem thrilled that she and Gabi will both be at the house again. Upset Aaaron suddenly bolts and Ari goes after him. Holly spills her tea and cusses. Julie wonders.

- Marlena wonders what memories EJ wants to get back about himself and Cat since both had unclear memories. He recently learned he and Cat were recovering in the same rehab in Italy. Perhaps tis more than a coincidence. Both experienced unworldly flashes of her reading him Wuthering heights and he wonders whether his distance with Samantha at the time brought them cloooooooser. He clearly has high hopes ... Ari catches up with Aaron who continues to blame himself for Sophia's death. Meanwhile Amy and her husband thank Tate for being kind and trying to help their daughter. He will miss her and will remember the girl she once was ... Holly insists to Julie she was a victim of Sophia. Julie has been there herself ... Gabi goes to see bewildered Theo and blasts him for the betrayal ... Marlena warns EJ the coma memories are complicated. He begs her to help him remember Cat the way they were ooo Aaron is upset. Ari says to focus on the future and be good to one another ... Amy and Mr. Choi were grateful for Brady's support as well as Tate but she wonders where Holly is ooo Julie tells Holly the sad story of a man called David she once loved, how a woman she knew lost it and it ended in tragedy. Meanwhile Marlena proceeds to hypnotize EJ. He remembers the bandages but had no pain. He hears people outside conversing in Italian. She wonders what else. He hears Cat reading Wuthering Heights to him and ... Theo is bewildered. Gabi accuses him of breaking up her and Phil cos he had feelings for her. She read them in his journal ooo Aaron feels better and hugs Ari, who assures him everything will be alright ... Holly hears how Tom and Alice helped her manage with tragedy and tells Holly not to blame herself for the acts of others. Sophia was the one who chose to jump from that bridge ... Tate assures mad Amy that Holly is suffering and stayed away so as not to upset her. Amy seethes.

Marlena probes. EJ insists he still hears Cat reading from Wuthering heights. He senses more but feels stuck. Marlena brings him back. He is frustrated. She suggests Cat might remember more about his missing memories. Meanwhile Theo is upset Gabi read his private journal. She accuses him of blowing up her life. He assures her he did not tell Phil she bugged his office and he has more important family matters on his plate so please leave ... Tate rejoins Holly at last and Julie leaves. Tate wants to take her home after ... Ari is shocked when Julie informs her she terminated Liam and fibs he wanted a change ... Theo looks at his journal entry that alludes to G and how she was always on his mind. Then he angrily tears out the page feeling betrayed by the beauty who stole his heart ... EJ bumps into mad Gabi at the square and warns her the offer DiMera made is off the table. She hisses she wants nothing from them and storms off. EJ makes a face. Here comes curious Cat asking about the much anticipated session. Alas he could not get more memories. Marlena suggests it was due to his unconscious state. He suggests since Cat was awake reading to him, she ought to have a session. She agrees but her eyes betray her emotions ... Marlena takes Stefano's gift with her when she leaves the office ... Amy is heartbroken back at the pub and announces she will have Holly Jonas charged with manslaughter. Holly and Tate enter and Holly stares in horror.
