Furthermore Xander going after the miracle serum is something her Victor would have done ... - Xander cannot wake up Philip, sees his ringing phone and bolts like a bat outta hell. Seconds later Kate finds the open door, spies her half dead son and lets out a horrified cry ... Steph and Jada emerge with their buns and wonder who that guy is talking to Steve and Shawn. Here comes amorous Alex. Jada gets summoned to the station ... Kate arrives at the hospital with the paramedics and unconscious Philip. She implores Sarah to save her son ... Meanwhile Kate informs Jada that Xander hated sharing his inheritance with Philip. Jada wonders about the timing ... Shawn and Steve need to know where the drug is. Steve promises to keep Kevin's name out of it. He admits he hated Russell so Phil offered him a new job if he got him a single sample. But then he heard them entering and ran off. He called Phil, but could not reach him. Shawn wonders what happened to the drug ... Medicine woman Sarah is examining unconscious Philip. She prays her volatile husband was not involved in his brutal attack ... - Alex is horrified by Steph's change of heart. She does not want folks to find out she was the author. It would hurt her reputation so no showing it to an editor. Alex anxiously agrees ... Kate gasps. Jada warns the medicine woman that Kate thinks Xander had motive and wonders where he is. Sarah hyperventilates in horror ... Kevin calls another colleague.
