Rachel fakes a yawn and asks to go to bed without opening her gifts ... After she goes Kristen blasts EJ for frightening her little girl. He reasons the real shooter could be under his roof and gives his sister a glare ... - Belle runs into shopping Gabi at the square, who gushes Ari is coming home. Belle smiles Marlena will be elated and adds once papa John returns, the family will be complete again ... EJ continues to needle Kristen, who gestures angrily and sends a tray flying to the floor. EJ recoils at the sound. Rachel screams and comes running about hearing a gunshot. Kristen hugs her daughter and explains she knocked over a tray. She and Brady are too busy comforting their little girl to even notice hyperventilating EJ. He flashes back to his shooting and remembers the sound of breaking glass ... Alex is back in Xander's office happy to hear Sarah is alright. The Great Scot pours the expensive drinks and praises his beloved. They toast. Alex is relieved the boss came back to keep things on track ... Phil calls his old schoolfriend, who bears news. Doc Russell gave the team the weekend off as he has a medical conference to attend.
