He regrets insisting he play John to Abigail's Marlena just to be mean and also regrets his corporate actions. Now his son is in trouble and Gabi is running DiMera. Chad believes Johnny will be alright with help from them and admits he too hates Gabi running DiMera. EJ suggests they oust her together ... Roman was concerned by the complete silence from Sami and Lucas so he contacted Shane. As per the ISA they seem to have vanished from the radar. Kate gets worried as well as annoyed ... Kayla sweetly invites Seth inside and offers coffee. Steve suddenly gets an emergency call from Julie to go to Paulina's place ... Paulina calls for an ambulance for Abe's head wound. Lani looks down at TR, who raises his head, speaks her name, states he loves her. She applies pressure on his chest wound and scoffs. He repeats he loves his daughter and adds he forgives her. Then he groans and is gone. Lani cannot revive him and announces he is dead. Paulina stares in horror ... - Back at the pub Kate suggests Lucas and Sami are free spirits but Roman talks foul play from the devil. Sami could have been snatched like before ... Chad is surprised. EJ offers to get his shares back from Johnny, get Johnny’s votes as well. Chad drinks up and feels guilty ... Seth is sorry. Kayla wonders what changed his mind. Kate slyly wonders whether Roman suspects EJ. Roman has serious doubts he even snatched Sami before. EJ pointed the finger at Lucas. Kate acts indignant and argues Lucas loves Sami. Roman alludes to other suspects ... Chad is anxious as EJ shares his view that Belle was set up to appear to have framed him. Chad remembers how he and Kate agreed they would pin the crime on him and hastily points out Johnny made a play for the company. EJ believes he will now sign his shares over. Chad questions the timing. EJ argues if they have all the DiMera resources it will be easier to track down Allie so Chad agrees. EJ talks new beginnings. After he leaves anxious Chad calls Kate cos EJ is getting close to the truth ... - Seth calls Kayla and Marlena the finest and most popular doctors on staff in the hospital history. She accepts and he asks her to start tonight ... Paulina hushes Lani and suggests she show Steve the first aid kit. EMT is en route. Mama then momentarily grabs the gun to get her prints on it ... Much to diva Julie's dismay, they get Lani's voice mail again. Eli tries to get out of bed and go to the woman he loves. Kayla comes in and they both make him return to bed. Kayla learns Lani is in danger and suddenly realizes that was why Steve was summoned ... Steve shows the EMT team to Abe and they tend to him. The cops are a little late. Steve agrees Lani can go with them as they take Abe to the hospital but Paulina should stay and wait for the police. Paulina agrees and insists her daughter go. She is a survivor ... Guilt-ridden Chad frantically updates Kate on EJ wanting to partner up to take back DiMera. She warns him to say nothing about setting him up as it would implicate Lucas ... Roman returns to their table and she pretends to be talking tough to Rafe about not finding Allie fast enough. Roman decides to help search for Allie in the morning. Kate insists on closing up and he thanks her for her caring ... - EJ returns to anxious Chad and announces Johnny gave him his shares back but alas has no memory of framing him for Samantha's abduction when he was the devil. Guilt-ridden Chad gulps and wants to share something ... Kayla gets summoned to meet the unconscious ambulance patient arriving with a head injury. Eli and Julie are beside themselves with worry ... Paulina wants TR covered but Steve solemnly states they may not disturb a crime scene. She worries about Abe. Steve asks what went down. Paulina hastily repeats she shot Ray. The cops arrive and she refuses to say more without her attorney. They slap on the cuffs ... Kate leaves Lucas a cross message about his no contact while Allie is out there possessed. She threatens to tell Roman the truth unless he gets in touch. He has 24 hours ... Chad apologizes for his past actions and wants to be partners and brothers again. EJ looks at Stefano's portrait and announces he would approve for the family legacy. The brothers shake hands as dramatic music plays ... Abe is awake joking in his hospital bed as Kayla concludes it was a mild concussion. She wonders what the last thing he remembers is and he remembers hearing Paulina gasp what have you done ... Steve ends a call with Julie and watches while TR's body bag is closed. He could not help but notice the gun seemed to be a police issued service weapon. Meanwhile anxious Lani arrives in Eli's room and tells him TR is dead. He wants to know what happened. She slowly states Paulina admitted to shooting TR ...
