At DiMera mansion Johnny is on a call getting an update on Chad and the family from EJ and notes he has not heard from Chanel, who suddenly walks in. Their eyes lock ... Paulina's daughters have soon glammed her up for the big event. She loves having her sweet angels near and wants one to be matron of honor, one to be maid of honor. Chanel is in and Lani is too. Family hug ... Alas Lani's face looks anxious ... Eli comes home to Theo, who updates him on Lani heading to Paulina's. He sensed she was scared about something. Eli dismisses it and heads up to say goodbye to the twins before they head to the wedding ... Paulina praises the makeup Chanel gave her and asks her for sparkling water. Alone with Lani she probes and hears how stressed she is. Paulina insists she keep her silence about the secret ... Suited Eric greets Abe at the outdoor wedding venue and Kate steps away to help Roman with the grill. Abe steps away with his teacakes. Johnny arrives and announces to Eric he has a job here too today. Here come Allie and Nicole. All four are surprised to see each other ... Allie is clearly annoyed Johnny offered videography and boasts Abe invited her as she made the wedding cake. He assumes she will sit near Chanel so she quips to get closeups ... Eric asks Nicole if this will be hard for her given she and Rafe ... cancelled their wedding. She insists they only postponed ... Chanel thanks Allie for making the cake and their eyes lock. Johnny looks annoyed ... Eli catches up with matron of honor Lani as the music plays. He is worried. The wedding march begins and she imagines TR standing behind Abe. Abe smiles as his beautiful bride in yellow hugs mama and is escorted by Eli to her groom who gushes she takes his breath away. Lani takes a deep breath as TR steps closer to the couple. Theo has the rings ... In the end the happy couple makes heartfelt declarations of love and become husband and wife. Abe and his bride have jumped the broom and the crowd is over the moon. Chanel catches the bouquet ... But TR'S taunting makes guilt-ridden Lani begin a toast that ends with her confessing to the shocked crowd that she was the one who shot TR not Paulina.
