She wonders about Chad but EJ believes he is a backstabber ... At DiMera mansion Chad reads bogus texts from Abigail about being in Boston. He has no idea Gwen is really sending them from her snatched sister's phone ... Kristen groans and hauls the Abigail bag on her DiMera almost deserted island. She alludes to others ... Johnny joins Chad, who gets a drink. Johnny hopes his father will get the max sentence and acts indignant about what he did to Abigail. Chad believes she is in Boston but Johnny needs her return. The movie is happening ... Paulina pretends to be blasting Johnny's biz associate. TR introduces himself to Lani and asks who she is ... Belle feels badly but EJ blames himself for taking the stand. He gets his tie on and thanks her for believing him when no one else would. Not even the DiMeras. She straightens his tie ... Chad is aghast the possession movie is a go so Johnny sighs about the producer threatening to destroy him. Chad wants a name. TR Coates, a power player ... Lani introduces herself as Lani Price Grant. Paulina exclaims tis her niece and orders him away from the babies. He insists he was making nice. Paulina hauls Lani away in a hurry ... - Gwen updates Ava on the phone, relieved the pilot took Abigail to Kristen. She ends the call when Xander comes back but he wants to know why she said Kristen's name ... Kristen gets Abigail inside the sunny house and opens the bag in which she sleeps. She leaves her on the sofa. Abigail soon wakes up to a sunny room well decorated with books. Tropical plants are outside the window. Kristen appears with a tropical drink and welcomes her to fantasy island ... Gwen lies she saw an article about Kristen in the paper. She supposedly called Abigail to say she was not involved in Philip's vanishing. She was just telling Claire about it. Xander scoffs not to believe Kristen and then presents his beloved with a gift bag. She loves the beautiful snow globe of London. He is sorry he ruined their London plans because of Sarah before ... Paulina sees Lani home and blasts the bad man. Lani noticed she lost it with him. Paulina points out he is a friend of Johnny DiMera. Lani wants to know why she lied she was her niece and not her daughter ... Johnny states contracts were signed and now TR wants a trilogy. Part 2 will be Marlena's latest possession. Chad slyly states he will be busy and offers to have his dad's shares transferred to him so he can take care of biz. Johnny can do two things at the same time - movie making and DiMera business ... EJ yells about his sentencing. Belle is sympathetic and intends to start an appeal. EJ has been slapped with ten long years to languish in Statesville ... - Detective Lani does not understand why Paulina was trying to protect her. Paulina stammers up a story and concludes the bad new man in town should not know she has another daughter due to Chanel going after Johnny's movie profits. Lani is even more suspicious about her strange spin ... Xander feels like a fool for believing in Sarah. She acted like she loathed him. Gwen remembers impersonating her and speaking hateful things to her hero ... Abigail sits up confused. Kristen confirms they are on an old DiMera property on a deserted island. Abigail turns down the tropical drink. Kristen suggests she try it and flush out the sedatives. Abigail stands up and sways. Kristen calmly gets a gun on her ... Back in Salem Johnnydevil hopes Abigail will still be able to play Marlena. Chad suggests he ask her. Johnny offers Chad the role of John Black. He is busy but agrees to consider. Johnny taunts if not he will have to watch another man with his wife. He points out it would be more payback on EJ. Chad would rather not go there, since EJ is about to lose everything but Johnny is brutal ... - Belle wants to arrange a secret departure due to the swarming press. EJ sends her home. Belle realizes he has an escape plan. He seems hell bent on running until she warns he would never see Sydney and Johnny again ... Chad shares the news with Johnny that EJ got ten years. He is horrified but Johnny suggests justice has been done. He asks him to summon Abigail back to Salem, downs his drink and walks away. Chad gets a strange feeling ... Abigail sits back down and asks what happened. Kristen wants to know what she remembers. Ripping the Sarah mask off Ava. Then she tried to call Rafe but was hit from the back. She believes she knows who did it ... Gwen agrees to forgive Xander if he forgives her for ever doubting them. He is her world. He gushes she will neva lose him and they passionately kiss ... Paulina pretends to hate TR since he is a Johnny associate and a creep. Lani calls her paranoid. Paulina emotionally implores her to avoid him ... TR sips his coffee at the square and does an internet search of Lani Price Grant. What he sees makes him sit up and take notice ... Kristen appears relieved Abigail assumes she knocked her out. She tells the guest she was nosing around too much. Abigail knows about the Kate mask and also knows she was close to Sarah's truth. She concludes Kristen did something to her last year to make the poor girl disappear ... Gwen snuggles in bed with Xander, who has decided to focus on his future with her sooooo ... EJ agrees to stay and face the music. Belle promises to clear his good name ... Lani agrees to avoid TR. Paulina is relieved. Lani takes a work call in the other room. Paulina sighs now TR will never know the truth ... Johnny catches up with TR at the square and assures him he spoke to his grandmother, who gets the movie must be a go. The devil is coming back to Salem ... Chad calls Jen about Abigail, who is not answering her phone. He is shocked to hear she is not there ... Abigail accuses Kristen of kidnapping Sarah and wants to know where she is hiding her .. Meanwhile real Sarah is staring out the window of her green bedroom all alone in a pretty dress ...
