Meanwhile Marlena has entered the light and wonders. She wonders where she is ... Alex leaves Stephanie another groveling message, hoping to get another chance with his dream girl ... Paulina pays Stephanie a visit. The sympathetic perfumed power also happens to need her expertise. The matter is about Chanel again ... Eric ends up on Sloan's doorstep looking like a lost puppy ... Susan shows herself to a confused Marlena ... Chanel refuses to deny wanting a kiss with Johnny, who deduced he was the one about to make a move ... Allie wanders around alone outside. He is somewhat surprised when she suggests a lawsuit against the hospital and informs her they were not at fault. She believes he should be grieving with his loved ones but Eric wants to make love instead. It seems to be the only thing the former holy father feels he has left ... Paulina updates Steph on Sloan's wrongful death lawsuit. Alas the burden of proof in such cases is lower so she stands to lose her entire empire. Steph knows not what she could do. Paulina suggests a strategy with clever underhanded Alex. Steph is done dealing with him ... Alex insists on keeping unhappy Allie company and asks Chanel's whereabouts. She quips she is likely with Johnny as they speak. The topic turns to Marlena. Alex cannot believe the iconic heroine is gone. Allie also feels tis unreal and is in bad emotional shape but reacts negatively when he suggests calling Chanel. Alex senses something. She fears she is losing her to Johnny as they speak ... Chanel stops Johnny from going to grieving Allie. She suggests they wait a little while and he wonders how she felt when he mentioned wanting to kiss her ... Marlena wonders whether she is now as dead as Susan, who continues to speak in circles about the other women ... Marlena demands to know where Kayla and Kate are ... Eric wonders whether this is what Sloan really wants. Like always it is and they continue ... Chanel believes Johnny was a bit overwhelmed and did not really want to kiss her given how close he has gotten to Wendy. He sighs he messed that up and admits to decking Tripp. She knows he was not himself and plans to forget he planned to kiss her too. He is sorry for that and his anger on this day ... Allie complains to Alex about Johnny and Chanel's almost kiss that she almost witnessed at the hospital. She is insecure about their history so Alex tries to set her straight by adding Chanel chose Allie over her brother ... Paulina hopes Alex did not cheat. Way worse. Steph tells her the tragic tale of his phone meddling and message deleting ... John sighs about the devil losing to doc whereas Orpheus got her in the end. Abe reminds him their romance, their historic love will last forever. John breaks down again ... - Susan suggests a tour. Marlena asks after Kayla and Kate. Sue gets catty about Kate maybe not making it to pearly gates ... Sloan and Eric start to catch up after the lovin ... Chanel goes on her way as Johnny assures her that Allie loves her. Meanwhile Allie has heard Alex's phone story and agrees Steph should forgive him ... Paulina is blasting Alex to Stephanie, who suggests she cannot help her with the new lawsuit. Paulina points out she could help with public opinion. Steph eventually agrees. Paulina tries to make her feel better over the lost goodbye for her mama knew how much she loved her ... Susan states Kayla is not here ... Allie and Alex are having a friendly time with their beers when Chanel walks in and wonders what is going on. Allie quips she was crying on his shoulder like Chanel did with Johnny ... - As John stares up at the stars Abe gives him a pep talk about the importance of his family, how they need him ... John is still desperate to feel doc's presence with some sort of sign ... Sue notes it takes a while to get the paperwork done for the list, which she claims explains the fact that Kayla is not here. She mentions seeing the King and Marlena wonders whether she means GOD. She means Elvis. When she hastily adds she wants to help her Marlena starts to get suspicious ... Steph has work on her mind but winds up listening to the message Alex left her ... After Alex is gone, Allie announces she will be sleeping in Henry's bedroom ... Abe updates Paulina on good friend John feeling lost without the love of his life ... Susan babbles about being a guide for Marlena's transition to the afterlife. It all sounds suspect and doc is upset about John down on the earth suffering. Meanwhile he stares at the stars ...
