Man in blue Rafe ends his call as Nicole enters his cozy kitchen. He thanks her for the wine and she seems stressed he suggested Ava set him up. Back in Gwen's room Ava updates her on Abigail believing she was Kristen but then real Kristen called. She warns Abigail did enough math to know Gwen would have had the motive ... Tripp tells Paulina she no longer needs the cane. Paulina is elated and believes Chanel will be relieved. He asks how she fares. She is feeling better thanks to Allie. Paulina bites her lip ... Chanel is grateful Allie comforted her and regrets causing a strain on her relationship with Tripp. Allie assures her it is alright and admits her conversation with Johnny was a bust. Chanel probes. Allie caught him kissing Gabi ... Johnny brings up talking to Gabi at the mansion, then coming to the club and talking alliance. Jake wonders what they discussed at DiMera mansion. Gabi remembers the kiss and interrupts ... Paulina babbles about the girls being good friends ... Chanel is heartbroken about Johnny going after Gabi. Allie gives her a hug ... Gabi explains Allie interrupted her and Johnny, and blames him divorcing her bff for upsetting her. She sends Jake to get the drinks. Johnny deduces she does not want him to know about their kiss ... - Abigail senses some people are not what they seem with their role play and compares the Sarah situation to what Kristen did to Kate ... Drinking Gwen and Ava recall how Gwen asked her to be Sarah in her place since Abigail was watching her like a hawk. She weeps how happy Maggie was to see her when she believed she was her daughta. She also sensed Xander still cares for Sarah. She refused to take another risk so Ava stepped up. Gwen gets she owes her now. Ava must head home to dine with Rafe and Nicole. Tis all part pf her plan ... Rafe keeps pouring the wine. Nicole senses Ava could be secretly scheming against them. Rafe suggests she is spot on ... Gabi scoffs and asks Johnny about Chanel. Jake gets back with the drinks and they toast to doing biz together ... Chad suggests Abigail might be wishful thinking. She fears real Sarah is in dire straights. After she got off the phone with Kristen, Gwen suddenly appeared. She knows "Sarah" is supposed to be heading for the air strip ... Gwen begs Ava not to abandon her for she would not be a good enough Sarah ... More wine flows. Nicole brings up fatal attraction. Ava now calls and is sorry something came up. She tells Rafe to go ahead with dinner without her and hangs up. Nicole wonders whether part of her plan was to leave them aloooooone. - Back at DiMera mansion Chad wonders whether either Maggie or Xander were suspicious of Sarah. Abigail admits not Maggie and maybe not Xander. Chad sweetly suggests she relax while he reads the kids a book upstairs. When he returns they will have a romantic dinner ... Paulina is standing tall and feeling strong. Trip boasts Allie tells him everything, even told him about her and Chanel's kiss but it was no big deal. Paulina tries to hold her tongue and takes off ... Allie tells Chanel that Johnny does not deserve her tears. This is not the Johnny she knew. Chanel wants to be alone. Exit Allie ... Jake suggests they get slick Victor Kiriakis on the board at DiMera and have him go after Chad and EJ. After he has annihilated Chad and EJ they will annihilate Vic. Johnny thinks the plan is far from perfect and would need to give it a good think. He alludes to needing persuasion, gives Gabi a hungry look and leaves. Jake kisses Gabi on the head and alludes to her hiding something ... Back in Rafe's cozy kitchen he suggests Ava might have left them alone so she could see them doing this and grabs Nicole in a passionate kiss ... Ava is in her Sarah mask at the airfield and ends a call with Gwen, claiming she owes her. Abigail emerges and rushes her in rage ... Gabi cannot deny Johnny kissed her but only has eyes for Jake and kisses him ... Allie brings Tripp pie and clam chowder at the hospital. They happily hug ... Paulina returns home, where Chanel vows to take Johnny for every cent. Paulina praises her goals ... Chad finds Johnny having tea alone downstairs and asks after Abigail. Johnny saw her bolt.
