Melinda mysteriously suggests EJ reconsider his plan to marry Nicole ... Eric wonders what is the matter. Sloan remembers Melinda warning she would lose him by telling the truth. She asks Eeic is he really loves her. He does. She admits she has been hiding something and hopes he will understand ... Chef Li is cooking up a storm when Wendy comes home. He is making his date a special dinner and wants little sis to leave the place. She is tired from her shift but agrees and wonders who his date is. Trask. She reminds him he did not trust her. Chanel runs into former roomate Wendy at the square. Wendy is happy to hear Sweet Bits is back in biz and offers to buy her dinner. Alas Chanel has a date. Wendy complains about Li cozying up to Melinda Trask. Chanel wonders where Tripp is. Busy saving lives. Wendy feels badly about Johnny getting hurt and suggests Chanel might be the right one to help him move on ... Johhny wonders whether Sami knows about EJ and Nicole and jokes about a knife. Nicole admits they almost came close to inviting Sami but the Europe idea was a no go as Dimitri already has the jet in Iceland. It reminds Johnny that he and Chanel eloped in Europe and he admits he will always love her ... Melinda is about to share her bombshell with impatient EJ when she gets a call from loverman Li, who awaits with wine and dinner. She decides to accept and ends the call. EJ wonders wot she is up to against him and Nicole. Melinda changes her mind about sharing and flounces off. EJ is anxious ... - Nicole suggests Chanel and Johnny could reconcile. He complains about Talia taking her on a date tonight. Nicole does not get it cos that girl tried to ruin her life. They both believe she cannot be trusted. Johnny has also given up on Chanel. Wendy has no regrets and is happy with Tripp. She wonders about Chanel's feelings for Johnny ... Talia is stunned when Kayla suggests she be a doctor at the hospital. She believes in second chances and will try to make it happen. Talia is over the moon and wants to work hard as a medicine woman. Kayla will be in touch. She steps away. Seconds later Eric brings in Sloan, who starts to faint ... Melinda takes a deep breath and assures herself she will get the goods on Li, who is assuring himself he will sweep her off her feet to prevent her from prosecuting him. He opens the door and she admits she was with angry EJ when he called ... Johnny's bruised ego is reluctant. Nicole also hated being a loser in love and gives him a pep talk about fighting the good fight ... - Chanel sighs she and Johnny missed their moment. Wendy hears she is meeting Talia tonight but believes she could have something with Johnny. Chanel notes he never said anything about them getting back together but wonders where Talia is ... Talia checks and concludes Sloan is not breathing. She assures anxious Eric she is a doctor and proceeds to administer cpr until Kayla arrives and takes over. She now has a pulse. Kayla assures life saver Talia she did the right thing ... Nicole feels a twinge at the mansion. EJ is worried until she states she felt baby's first kick. He feels nothing and she assumes she imagined it. He admits he arrived too late for the forms and tells her of Trask insinuating he should not wed Nicole ... As they wine and dine, Melinda and Li make nice and humor one another. He pours more wine and they wonder what to call this thing that is too early for love. He drawls about desire and suggests he could be her hero. Then they kiss like the cover of a romance novel... - Dapper Johnny joins Chanel and Wendy at the square. Wendy excuses herself. Johhny heard about Sweet Bits opening in the morning. She starts to tell him she has a date and he admits he overheard her with Talia. Chanel wonders what his reason for coming by was. He wanted to talk about ... Here comes Talia. Johnny tells them to enjoy the park concert. They leave and he lets out a sad sigh ... Melinda and Li continue kissing. She rips off his shirt and they decide to take the wine with them as they race into the bedroom like a couple of teenagers ... EJ did not understand Trask's cryptic talk. Nicole suggests it was nothing and they both feel the baby flutter. He loves her. She replies loves him too and they kiss ...
