EJ concludes that means Johnny is innocent and smugly sits down. Johnny seems impressed. So far ... - Gwen admits she exaggerated and claims she thought it would help Xander if she made his wife jealous. Xander is no fool and threatens her to steer clear of Sarah. Any more stunts and she will regret it ... Sarah would love to have lunch at the pub with Rachel. Kristen grudgingly agrees ... Mama reminds Chanel that EJ has the video of her threatening him. Chanel is not fussed and assumes justice will win ... Belle suggests that EJ could have lied under hypnosis. Marlena hesitates and then agrees it could happen. EJ jumps up to redirect and asks the good doctor if she considers his memory credible and sincere. She does indeed. EJ sits back down. Tis the calm before the Salem storm ... - Gwen is miffed that Xander mistreated her again and denounces both him and his Miss Perfect ... Sarah and Rachel enjoy their sundaes at the pub. Little Rachel wishes she could see Victoria. Sarah states she is with daddy. Rachel feels sorry for her. She knows what it is like when one's folks fight and woefully wishes hers could live together ... Kristen is on the stand and remembers demanding her mother from EJ. He concludes she blamed him for her vanishing and wonders why the police held her after his shooting. She glares and admits they found a gun in her handbag. EJ reminds the court that under hypnosis he revealed his shooter to be a woman. Belle now asks if the cops filed charges against Kristen. No because the bullet that shot EJ did not match her gun. Belle sits and EJ readies himself for his next victim ... Chanel is confident Johnny warned his father not to be too hard on her and heads off to court with great expectations. Paulina has a bad feeling ... Meanwhile outside the courtroom EJ admits to curious sarcastic Kristen that Marlena seems to have a specific suspect in mind.
