Johnny assumes he is entering Chad's bedroom asking for shampoo and gets an eyeful of nekid dancing Ava, who gasps as he admires the view ... Gwen knocks at Ava's old door, unpleasantly surprised when Kristen opens... Xander enters Madam Warden's office pretending to be an Irish priest wanting to help her literacy program. She gets a call and must excuse herself but politely tells him to wait. Sarah comes in and they proceed to download what they need ... Kristen boasts bro Jake and Ava let her stay. Gwen is sorry she lost Jake though he did break her heart. Kristen notes Ava is now at DiMera mansion aka a step up ... Ava blasts Johnny, whom she did not hear. When he wonders why she is there she informs him she was invited to stay at the mansion since she married his uncle. Johnny gasps Chad?????? ... Sonny gives Alex a sarcastic intro to Chad, who has heard of him and vice versa. Alex says all the right things and updates Sonny on Victor giving him that now unavailable Titan job ... Sarah searches for Gwen's name as Father Xander watches. The files start to download and she flirts. Madam Warden comes back and catches them kissing ... Chad watches while Sonny snaps it was his call! He believes Alex went behind his back. Alex politely boasts Vic summoned him and apologizes cos he told Vic Sonny should have been at that meeting. He will see him at the office and goes. Sonny sighs tis his brother. Chad stands and admits he reminds him of a certain someone ... Sarah sneakily reaches behind her back for the key as Xander makes excuses for Sis Mary Frances. Then he splits with Sarah ... Kristen wonders what anxious Gwen wants with Ava and smells a secret ... - Ava patiently points out she married Jake. Johnny apologizes and admits he did not hear about the wedding. He is sincerely sorry she lost him. She praises EJ for inviting her here and makes a wisecrack about him being after the estate. Johnny quips she might need a food taster, making her laugh, and apologizes when he loses his towel. She is not sorry ... Allie rants about Johnny until Chanel shows her the card actually came from Paulina. She updates her on mama almost helping Johnny but will not say more so Allie storms off to get it straight from her twin. Chanel hates coming between those twins ... Sonny is enraged about slick Vic going behind his back. Chad suggests he should have seen it coming ... Alex snaps a pic of the Sweet Bits sign and laughingly asks who chose the name. Chanel says t'was her. The rogue with the roving eye admires the sweets. He takes a passion fruit mouse and loves that it is a free sample. He flirts up a storm and she flirts back. He loooooves her French name and introduces himself ... Allie confronts coffee drinking Johnny at DiMera mansion for trying again with Chanel. Here comes dressed Ava, who makes a snide remark and tries to defend her new friend ... Kristen demands Gwen tell her the deal with her and unlikely friend Ava ... Xander and Sarah are back in his room as she searches the files they downloaded for violations. They discover Gwen was unaccounted for hours the night Abigail was offed. Dramatic music plays. Xander notes tis not enough proof for the police, but Sarah can prove it was not her. Of course Gwen’s mask would help. Alas they do not have said mask. They wonder who might have assisted her and check the visitor logs. Abigail's name is there from that fateful day as is Sarah's. The day after she was visited by Leo and then Ava. Xander wonders. After all there was bad history between her and Ava .... - Ava gives Allie a hard time and accuses her of breaking Tripp's heart. Allie warns she should ne nice if she wants to see Henry and wonders how she knows Johnny. He makes a snide remark. She tells her twin to back off from Chanel and angrily leaves. Johnny and Ava are amused ... Kristen complains about Ava being moved into the mansion. Gwen is sorry to say she cannot help her with that. Kristen reminds her she owes her for another favor and warns she will soon collect ... Back at DiMera mansion Sonny recalls how Alex was always on his side. But that was then this is now ... Alex savored the sweets and wants to take Chanel on a date. She tells him she has a girlfriend as Allie arrives ... Ava asks Johnny about being over Chanel. They admit they both have a hard time letting go. And so a friendship is born ... Kristen tells Gwen to give Ava her best. Gwen wonders why she is staying over the garage not at the fancy mansion. Cos EJ is in charge though one of these days she will redecorate that old abode her own way .... - Digging Sarah finds out that Gwen made a second call the day Abigail was offed - to none other than Ava Vitali ... Alex makes nice with Allie and the intros are made. Chanel teases he was hitting on her. When he hears Allie is bi he calls them sexay and suggests he have a date with both gals. Chanel assumes he can afford a five star meal so amused Allie agrees ... Sarah notes Ava had no reason to go see Gwen. Xander notes she has mob contacts too. Tis time for a chat ... Ava gets herself more coffee at the mansion. Johnny flirts if she needs anything ... Then he runs into Gwen, scoffs and goes. Gwen wants a word with Ava but gasps when she gets an eyeful of the same ring she once had. Ava admits it was from Jake. Gwen warns her pal Sarah Horton has an alibi. She tries to make her swear she will tell no one she helped her get out of Statesville the day Abigail lost her life. Ava lowers her voice and asks if she did it .... - Sonny suggests counseling could help the way it helped him when he was without Will. Chad only wants to speak to Thomas and the guys hug. Chad gets going. Sonny sighs he has to talk to Alex ... Alex flirts with Chanel and saunters off. Allie admits it was strange to see Tripp's mom at the mansion ... Johnny comes across Ava's silk robe on the floor and grins as he remembers when she dropped it ... Gwen denies offing Abigail and warns it might look bad for them both. Ava assures her their secret is safe ... Sarah and Xander conclude Ava is key to proving Gwen's culpability ... Kristen calls Rolf and hisses Stefan DiMera cannot stay on ice forever.
