At the pub peeved red lipstick Gwen gets sarcastic with Chloe and Xander, assuming their toast about moving on meant with one anotha. Xander sighs she misunderstood. She accuses him of sidling up to Chloe and decides they deserve each other ... Jada admits Sloan was not home and she has a warrant so the super let her. She teases she knows he would make a move if not for the policy ... Chanel is horrified to read the text warning Paulina that Abe will not be able to save her. Paulina admits to a panic attack she controlled in spite of Sloan seeing and walking away. Chanel is livid. Paulina promises that one will get what she has coming ... Leo tells Sloan the only way to change public perception is to tell her own sad side of the story. She calls him a hack and warns she will sue his skinny rear end if there is no retraction ... Gwen presses like a jealous ex so he sarcastically lies he loves Chloe and passionately kisses her ... - Jada is busy with work but Eric believes she deserves someone nice. She thanks him, then sternly suggests he tell Sloan to come by the station with her phone. No deleting messages ... Rafe dismisses Talia, who teases he is perfect for sis ... Abe returns to Paulina and they discuss the latest. Rafe is waiting for the latest update from Jada, who has a search warrant. He suggests they leave town for a little while ... At the square Chanel stands up to Sloan and smugly states she gave Leo the intel. She accuses her of sending Paulina the latest text. The barbs fly. Chanel smacks her hard and Sloan screeches she could kill her ... Abe suggests a honeymoon until Sloan is behind bars but Paulina never runs away. He dangles Paris and suggests she invite Chanel. Paulina knows she cannot leave her biz and wants to protect her daughter now more than ever since that Spectator column. Abe believes that was not the best move ... Sloan chases Chanel, who hits her with flowers. Talia breaks it up and tells Sloan to scram. Sloan hisses she will file a restraining order and leaves ... Chanel has a cut on her arm so Talia takes her into the bakery, where there is a first aid kit ... Rafe gets an update from Jada, who found no burner phone or cut out magazines, but she left Sloan a message. She admits she saw Eric and realized she was so over him ... When Xander stops and asks Gwen if she is satisfied she calls him a pig and storms out. Chloe calls him a pig too and slaps him across his rugged face ... Gwen gets home to Leo and complains Xander kissed Chloe. Leo is elated they are winning ... Chloe refuses to be used as a pawn and gets worried the kiss will get back to Brady. Xander apologizes and begs to be friends ... Rafe updates Jada on her unstoppable sister. Jada apologizes. Rafe admits he is interested in her and Jada soap stares ... Sloan wonders what happened to her home. Eric updates her on Jada's warrant after the latest threatening text. He suggests she take her phone to the cops. To prove to the suspicious hunk she is hiding nothing she hands it to him and suggests he see for himself ... Talia cleans grateful Chanel's scratch ... Gwen wonders how she is winning. Leo believes Xander is jealous and hitting back at Gwen and Alex with Chloe. Gwen worries he could have real feelings for her now ... Diva Chloe eventually agrees to stay friends since she does enjoy Xander's company, but no physical stuff ... Rafe reasons he could only ask Jada out if he was not her boss. She says she would say yes. They both realize nothing can ever be because of the professional consequences and bid one another a wistful good night ... - Eric believes Sloan and needs no look at her phone. She heads up to shower and suggests staying in for dinner. She leaves the phone and Eric picks it up to have a look ... Abe tells Paulina he was hoping for some alone time. She giggles and agrees to a trip to Paris when Sloan is behind bars. She sends Chanel a text about dinner. Chanel decides to invites Talia to come to dinner too. She happily agrees and they exit Sweet Bits. The time is 5:15 p.m. ...
