Speaking of beeeeches, Joan Collins, who played high powered superb*tch Alexis Carrington on 1980s prime time sudser DYNASTY has declared herself the reason shoulder pads became fashionable in the first place. And, you know, she is probably right! PeeWee Herman has found life again, on Jay Leno, where the 1980s comic has proven a boost for key demographics. The eclectic pop culture icon is still famous for his dance number to Tequila and has attracted a new following on Twitter. The age of innocence returns ... Pop at its purest! Norwegian pop group A-ha, best known for their 1980s song and video "Take on Me," recently received the PIONEER OF POP award at this year's 'New Pop Festival' in Baden-Baden, Germany.
