A mechanic who was accused of being involved in the theft of Kirsten Dunst's $2,000 Balenciaga bag on a Manhattan movie set has been convicted of trespassing (misdemeanor), though there was a hung jury for the bigger charge of burglary. His codefendant Jarrod Beinerman, however, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary last month, receiving a 4.5 year prison sentence. Don't mess with the designer handbag, dahling ..!
