THRILL SEEKERS ALERT! A storm chaser has big plans for his three sons and gets on reality TV but wants more. Enter the homemade helium balloon and the media, hungry for something other than the JonKatefest. Up goes the balloon, out comes the hoax that son number 3 is in it, and down swoops the media, covering it all live. Eventually the balloon runs out of "hot air" and comes down. The storm chaser dad runs out of hot air, too, and son number 3 admits "We did it for the show." Enter the sharp sheriff, ready to get his man! He pretends he is not of the opinion there was any wrongdoing, so storm chaser pop lets his guard down. Next thing you know, the sharp sheriff has the family computer and other items seized, to build the HOAX case, which has now gone federal. At the end, the storm chaser became the chased.
